Back to the real world: the poor puppets are unable to understand that there is no military option when it comes to Russia: it’s a nuclear power with an excellent strategic deterrent, a well-defended territory, and no aggressive intentions against anyone. But the puppets, with their warped minds, cannot see that, and so they pile various kinds of obsolete military junk along Russia’s borders, and are even threatening to bring into Europe the entirely obsolete Pershing medium-range nuclear missiles. They are obsolete because the Russians now have the S-300 system with which to shoot them all down. The military option just isn’t going to work, but don’t tell that to the puppets—they cannot absorb such information without sustaining further neurological damage.

 

Back to Greece: tiny Greece certainly isn’t mighty Russia, but it nevertheless refused to capitulate to the demands of the black hole. It was asked to completely wreck its society and its economy as a condition for maintaining its financial lifelines from the IMF and the ECB. This one will be interesting to watch. If the black hole does succeed in sucking in Greece, then which country is next? Will it be Italy, Spain or Portugal? And, as that process continues, at what point will enough people say that enough is enough? Because when they do, the black hole will shrivel up. With the dollar trading lower on the heels of continued chaos in Greece, today a legend in the business sent King World News a powerful piece discussing the turmoil in global markets being triggered by the ongoing Greek tragedy.

From Art Cashin's notes: Overnight And Overseas – While all eyes are on Greece this morning, perhaps we should also keep an eye on China and Iran.  The PBOC cut rates and reduced reserve requirements.  In response, Shanghai went on a roller-coaster but ended up down 3.3%.  Next couple of days could be critical.  The official Iran nuke deadline is tomorrow.  That looks impractical but there are limits to how far the can can be kicked.

Consensus – Markets move off the initial extremes as traders sort through pros and cons.  Standard script says open down, circle the wagons and try to rally.  While Europe is open, US may take lead from there.  I think China may be more important than Greece.  Stick with the drill – stay wary, alert and very, very nimble.

“Greece should never have joined the EU and certainly not the eurozone with the euro as their currency.  Historically, culturally, economically, Greece does not belong in the same group as say Germany.

The result of this unhappy union has created a financial wreck that’s been kept from sinking by the troika, which is the IMF, the EU and the ECB.  The troika has mistakenly done all they can to keep Greece afloat.  But it makes no sense whatsoever to prop up a bankrupt nation with more debt when they can’t repay any of it at any time.

Greece does not have and will not have enough money to pay the interest, much less the principal.  But the troika is desperate to give Greece more money, even if they are only posturing temporarily.  And the troika knows that they have no intention of helping Greece or the Greek people.  Any money given to Greece will go mainly to the banks that financed Greece in the first place. 

The $113 Trillion Problem

And herein lies the problem, not just for Greece but for most of the world.  The powers that be have overseen a staggering $113 trillion increase in total debt worldwide.  The global debt load has increased dramatically from $87 trillion to $200 trillion just since the year 2000.  This means that global debt has more than doubled in 15 years.

Greece Is The Model For A Catastrophe That Is About To Engulf The World

So it’s not just Greece that is required to continually increase its debt in order to remain afloat.  Most countries, particularly in the West, have the same problem.  Greece is just a model of the catastrophe that is about to engulf the world.  But central banks, governments and Nobel Prize winners refuse to recognize the problem.  They know that if they allow Greece to fail today, it will be Spain and Italy next, and then Portugal, France and eventually the entire financial system.

What we have to remember, Eric, is that a Greek default would not just lead to 320 billion euros disappearing from the system because the lending banks and institutions are all levered up to 50-times that amount.  But even if we only take a figure of 20-times leverage, it would mean that over 6 trillion euros would disappear out of the system.

But the carnage wouldn’t stop there.  A lot of the world’s $1.25 quadrillion of derivatives would be directly affected by a Greek default.  This would have a dramatic impact on interest rates, credit risks and volatility in the system.  We would see disastrous losses in the global derivatives market.

Syriza, the new Greek government that intended to rescue Greece from austerity, has come a cropper. The government relied on the good will of its EU “partners,” only to find that its “partners” had no good will. The Greek government did not understand that the only concern was the bottom line, or profits, of those who held the Greek debt.
The Greek people are as out to lunch as their government. The majority of Greeks want to remain in the EU even though it means that their pensions, their wages, their social services, and their employment opportunities will be reduced. Apparently for Greeks, being a part of Europe is worth being driven into the ground.
The alleged “Greek crisis” makes no sense whatsoever. It is obvious that Greece cannot with its devastated economy repay the debts that Goldman Sachs hid and then capitalized on the inside information, helping to cause the crisis. If the solvency of the holders of the Greek debt, apparently the NY hedge funds and German and Dutch banks, depends on being repaid, the European Central Bank could just follow the example of the Federal Reserve and print the money to secure the Greek debt. The ECB is already printing 60 billion euros a month to save the European financial system, so why not include Greece?
A conservative might say that such a course of action would cause inflation, but it hasn’t. The Fed has been creating money hands over fists for seven years, and according to the government there is no inflation. We even have negative interest rates attesting to the absence of inflation. Why will creating money for Greece create inflation but not for Goldman Sachs, Citibank, and JPMorganChase?

Plug To Be Pulled On Greece

Then after the FOMC announcement, on Thursday EU financial ministers meet. There is a good chance that they will finally pull the plug on Greece. 

I keep focusing on Greece, Eric, because it is a land mine just waiting for someone to step on. When they do, the political ramifications could blow up the euro and maybe even ECB itself because it has so much exposure to Greece compared to its capital base. 

The underlying problem is that financial decisions at the ECB are being made for political reasons. Politicians are trying to pretend that the ECB can continue to create money out of thin air be keep giving Greece a liquidity lifeline. This misguided thinking has consequences, and reality is about to hit home, which raises an interesting question.

But Greece Holds The Cards

 

 

Which side is closer to reality? Greece or the so-called troika of the IMF, ECB and EU? I think Greece holds all the cards. 

Greece is still generating income from tax revenue, even in its weakened economic state. The problem Greece faces is that it cannot possibly meet its social spending commitments as well as carry its crippling debt burden. 

The lenders have refused to grant Greece any debt relief, which was the basic plank of Greece’s negotiating stance with the troika. The troika opposed debt relief because if they grant it to Greece, for the sake of European unity it will need to be granted to every other overleveraged welfare state, which is more than half of the countries in Europe.

Greece can go it alone. It won’t be easy, but it can be done. And it will be much easier to accomplish without the €320 billion debt burden hanging over its head. Greece can just walk away, like Greece and many other countries have repeatedly done throughout history. 

Greece wouldn’t be able to borrow again for a long while, but it probably shouldn’t anyway because it has learned its lesson – debt can be unmanageable.

Greece Preparing For Default

There is one last point about Greece worth mentioning, Eric:  Greece is clearly preparing for a default. 

The Athens government has asked all cities and other governmental bodies to move their available cash into accounts at the central bank. This is being reported in the mainstream media as a way for the central government to get its hands on more cash, but that is not correct. 

It is to prevent the ECB from taking this cash of governmental bodies when the ECB finally bails-in the private Greek banks. In other words, in a bail-in the ECB takes the euros deposited in private banks, but not the euros deposited in the central bank. So by putting their euro deposits into the central bank, Greece’s governmental bodies can keep their money out of the hands of the ECB. It’s just more evidence that Greece – not the troika – holds all the cards."

You will soon arrive at the point where HUGE VISTAS WILL OPEN UP TO YOU, meaning that you will be privy – on a huge scale – to information and landscapes which you may have previously thought impossible, futuristic or unreal. The extent to which this will revolutionise your world DEPENDS ON YOU AND YOUR MOTIVES – WHETHER THEY ARE SELFISH OR INTENT ON BENEFITING HUMANKIND.

What will you see? Apart from new technologies beyond your wildest imaginings (unless you have used your imagination and your researching potential to the hilt) you will also see the EXTENT OF DAMAGE which has been caused by you as a collective.

The earth has been viewed as a soulless machine which has been overused, mistreated, disregarded, exploited, left to rust, with parts removed so as to incapacitate function. Or we can compare earth to a plant who has been left for too long in a hot room without water. Both images have their merits and relevance.

So, HOW WILL YOU SET ABOUT REPAIRING THIS DAMAGE? Scattered and discarded parts of the “machine” need to be recovered or replaced or rebuilt. Rust must be pared away. Every cog must be lubricated to enable smooth movement. Every part must be cared for and essential nuts and bolts must be tightened. Most important of all, programming must be reset in accordance with the highest benefit to earth and to humanity.

All your relationships must be nurtured, especially your relationship to MOTHER EARTH who has been left to suffer in extreme conditions without sustenance for a very very long time. Feed her with love daily, for a dried out plant will not recover immediately. She requires time – not a huge bucket of water thrown at her head immediately out of guilt – for most of this would sink immediately through the parched soil without being retained. Instead, ensure that she is nourished continually in small steps, like all relationships should be nourished. Encourage her to grow and to trust you once again. Apologise for locking her up in solitary confinement in a hot dry room. Live in gratitude that she has held out and that she has not capitulated (and taken you down with her) in adverse circumstances.

As you walk through your lives, be attentive to her, be generous, be as forgiving as she has been. Check regularly for pests which threaten her health. Learn WHAT WENT WRONG and show her love that she might heal. THIS YOUR TASK, THIS YOUR JOY, THESE YOUR FRUITS, THIS YOUR ULTIMATE GLORY ON THIS EARTH PLANE.

You were created to be FREE. Freedom is your birthright. It is the elevated state of being.
As cycles are replaced by new experiences, the old must be ventilated to allow for the awakening of new revelations, certain to liberate the misinformation which creates obstructions to the flow of truth.

Your value as human beings does not lie in versions of truth deliberately directed to undermine the GLORY of your inherent nature. The corpuscles of your divinity are inalienable and cannot be divorced from the living expression of your human nature.
You are IN LIGHT evermore. This is the recognition of truth to be used to restore the memory of a LIFE IN LIGHT. The shadows of unhealthy choices collect and singe the record of your memory diverting your attention from the RADIANCE of TRUTH.

When you apprentice yourself to TRUTH the radius of your understanding expands. New realities dawn to alleviate the morose repetition of unconsciousness which allies you to ‘derived attitudes' purposed to unhinge you from the AUGUST expression within you.
You curtail your personal FREEDOM when you allow yourself to be blinded by the erroneous rhapsody of old dialects- meaning, teachings of old. The truth is covered up and the surface vision (that which appears on the surface) sits like welts which present wounds to truth.

There is need to E -RADICATE and E-LIMINATE that which is poised at the surface in order to IR- RADIATE and IL-LUMINATE true vision.
You seek TRUTH to have HOPE yet HOPE cannot contain the LIFE OF TRUTH. Truth is marshalled by its own cognisance. It knows itself as the current which eternalises LIFE.
It does not breed despair or create disharmony or fear. It revels in the unfolding of LIFE which honours your FREEDOM.
You were gifted with the will to freely choose your decided path. In your bid to experience life you assumed reckless thoughts and paved your consciousness with unruly works garnered by the SUBJUGATORS of LIFE. The cruel expressions (teachings) which stole from you your freedom still imprison you today, as your mind cannot erase the unworthiness of the lessons firmly seated in your consciousness.
Life after life you show preference for repeating the same patterns which disable your freedom and keep you locked in the sinews of controlled thinking. You are fearful of shifting your gaze to a position of enlightenment for you hold in your consciousness a FEAR OF YOUR INHERENT POWER .You have been taught that you have NO POWER, and that POWER lies outside of you. So what do you do? You bow to the external; you underestimate your presence in life; you feed on the fodder of cultivated expressions, condensed to abbreviate the TRUTH. You limit your own abilities to reason and determine what TRUTH is. You fish for truth in a sea of lies and call your ‘CATCH' truth. Your perspectives are mild mannered (through copying views of others) and without the vibrancy of enthusiastic discovery through independent exploration.
You want to be FREE of PAIN, SUFFERING, SIN, SHAME, GUILT, POVERTY, LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS, yet you invest your intellect in teachings which keep you shackled to the very things you seek to be free from.
You choose to bear the CROSS of PAIN, SUFFERING, SIN, SHAME, GUILT, POVERTY, LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS in spite of the teachings which tell you that you are WHOLE, PERFECT, COMPLETE and ABUNDANT- made in the image of the DIVINE and capable of upholding the LIGHT of CAUSE to create a HEAVENLY LIFE in your world.
You pray to a GOD outside of self as though you are disempowered to use the virtues of your inner LIGHT to free yourself, or deliver unto self thy desires.
You remind yourself yearly that you are FREE of sin, through the act of sacrifice the Christ made in serving you, by giving up His life in order to forgive your sins which secured for you eternal life. So, the CROSS that the Christ bore was more than a tangible object- it was in fact YOUR SINS.
He bore your Sins, and died that you may be FREE. Arguably, the Cross could therefore be seen as a symbol of your FREEDOM purchased by the blood of the Christ. The question remains- ARE YOU FREE? Do you feel FREE? Are you free of sin? If the answers are NO, then why do you hold on to the CROSS? You cannot therefore truly believe that through the crucifixion of the Christ you were made free.
It is a comfort to say the words and even allege your belief in it. It is not however reflective of your true state of consciousness. For, were it true, you would be FREE to experience an inward heaven on this earthly journey. Eternity is not beyond you; your current life is a marker in the vast experience of eternity. It is taking place within eternity which exists in the Present.
Why do you need the symbol of the CROSS to remind you of God's unconditional love for you? Love is an energetic experience, observed through the interrelatedness of all and understood through the feeling of connectivity with the HOLY ONE resident within you. You are the embodiment of LOVE through the GRACE of the LIVING LIGHT in you. This is where un conditionality lies. It is not on the CROSS.
You recall with misgiving the Crucifixion, and re enact the expressions of that time which is attended by remorse, regret and sadness. You are on the one hand plunged into lower frequency emotions, yet on the other buoyed by the promise of the resurrection. In which do you find your freedom?
The resurrection should tell you that if the Christ could not die, then neither could you. You always had the right to eternal life. It is yours for the choosing. He came to set an example of TRUTH, to teach that you did not have to use sin as your instructor BUT simply accept yourself as a son/daughter of GOD as He is, claim your Sovereignty and move into alignment.
Your sins do not condemn you to a HELL that God created. Your sins are committed through your choices for which there are consequences directed through the energetic workings of Universal law. You create your own prison guarded by Guilt and Shame. Hell is the aftermath which can play out itself in myriad ways of YOUR CHOOSING.
Prise yourself away from the CROSS, from that which belittles your understanding. Take a fresh look, unhindered by observed truth, and pray inward for revelation. The passage of time does not wilt TRUTH, neither does it make credible, UNTRUTH.
Empty the vessel of your consciousness of your beliefs, and with sincere longing petition the God within to direct you to the truth, which will once and for all secure your FREEDOM.
Remember, that Freedom is first and foremost a state of mind, and that which upholds your FREE STATE can only be TRUTH.
