When anger comes into play, it creates a cave of darkness and many of us sit in this cave and take it instead of breaking free of it. Now. This is the time for you to come out of your cave and look at the stars. Watch the sun rise and set. Watch the moon, as it becomes full. Allow yourself to dream, to focus, to find the light, to walk away from the anger and transform it to love. Let the light through, do not hurt the ones you love.
