RESPECT - FEAR AND POWER !

CONSTELLATION OF SLUMPS AND BREEZY HEIGHTS!!

If the Authoritarians behave or interacts,  like Cosa Nostra, or Rusian mafia,then there is no rule  of law, but a criminal organization,with the state umbrella .!

When Thatcher was the Prime Minister of Britain, she had told close associates, the inimitable, which she afterwards leaked out.

"To be respected, they must fear you!!".

( If he said it for the voters, well, if he said it for the voters.)

This incredible, in a democracy, and for an elected leader,requires some special analysis..

A popular leader needs not be feared, for leaders at old times, were the object of love and "worship," by the people.

In India Gandy, in America John Kennedy, in France General Degault,in Greece George and Andreas Papandreou...

I won't talk about the Old Days in Cyprus, because I might be misunderstood!!!

But today, on the island of gray-green leaf, where everything withered and fell, What do we see???

There is no longer in the masses that kind of feeling towards elected leaders..

The choice of a leader, among many, based on his "value", his leadership profile, and his willingness to serve and offer to his people..

Today the ordinary citizen knows that he does not elect the best.He chooses, as most say , " of two or more evils, the less evil.!!

There is no such thing as the old, nor the old leadership measures and standards of evaluation, because simply this kind of leaders are a species for extinction...!!

A new kind of leadership has prevailed..

Around here, estimates and forecasts fluctuate, not for the new leadership standards, but for the new model of power and authority.!!

The old popular feeling of certainty about the leader's face, and possibly admiration and sometimes adoration, have been replaced by Roulette,or sometimes Russian roulette!!!

Today's leading model knows all this, as it knows that it will be very difficult to get it clean, how difficult is to inspire respect, admiration, or adoration!!

This is why, in the island of Saints, the leaders have been ordered to be simply dominant..by exercise or impose  controll..

And when it's impossible to win respect or love, it's much better..

To be feared,in order  to be respected!!

This is their conclusion, when power changes into promiscuity.

But this includes many risks..

Because it's not necessary for someone to respect you, because they're afraid of you..

They  can be afraid of you, but  they  can mock you, and certainly they can even spit on you!!!
