Already seeing this nonsense coming from a High EU Representative, I think Europe has no luck and no future.

So a Trump in charge of the USA 🇺🇸 and a Putin in charge of Russia 🇷🇺, are you going to forbid them to sign a treaty without your consent? 🤣
