As the "evil",is not created by God, but He created only the potentials, the same is happening with the "Falls", in order through Falls to create the potentials from the abstract idea or Thought of evolution, to become a concept, or a conceptual construct,of an Eternal spiral process,to perfection, which later was defined,as the " Evolutionary Plan ".
