In controlled chaos the factors of coincidence are seized to exist,and replaced by intent ,motives,plan and design.
Chaos is reflected as events and circumstances of turmoil,destruction,and downgrading of living conditions ,changing this way the balance required for continuity and the upward process of evolution.
If nothing is happening either by mistake or coincidence ,then there must be a reason for which the analysis or interpretations vary according to the motives and interests of the parties involved or responsible of the unfolding chaos.
When the dust of destruction is settled down
then the real reasons are going to be revealed.
