Redditor /u/themuleskinner has posted a list of recommendations in the preppers subreddit for affected residents who have not evacuated (in fact, the entire thread is full of good suggestions):

- Charge any device that provides light. Laptops, tablets, cameras, video cameras, and old phones. Old cell phones can still be used for dialing 911. Charge external battery backups (power banks).

- Wash all trash cans, big and small, and fill with water for flushing toilets. Line outdoor trash cans with trash bags, fill with water and store in the garage. Water in trash bags should not be used to bathe or drink. Bags contain chemicals to suppress insect and odor. Use for toilet flushing purposes only.

- Fill every tub and sink with water. Cover sinks with Saran Wrap to keep it from collecting dust. Fill washing machine and leave lid up to store water.

- Fill old empty water bottles and other containers with water and keep near sinks for washing hands.

- Fill every Tupperware with water and store in freezer. These will help keep food cold longer and serve as a backup water supply.

- Fill drinking cups with water and cover with Saran Wrap. Store as many as possible in fridge. The rest you can store on the counter and use first before any water bottles are opened. Ice is impossible to find after the storm.

- Reserve fridge space for storing tap water and keep the sealed water bottles on the counter.

- Cook any meats in advance and other perishable foods. You can freeze cooked food. Hard boil eggs for snacks for first day without power.

- Be well hydrated before the storm hits and avoid salty foods that make you dehydrated.

- Wash all dirty clothes and bed sheets. Anything dirty will smell without the A/C, you may need the items, and with no A/C, you'll be sweating a lot. You're going to want clean sheets.

- Toss out any expiring food, clean cat litter boxes, empty all trash cans in the house, including bathrooms. Remove anything that will cause an odor when the A/C is off. If you don't have a trash day pickup before the storm, find a dumpster.

- Bring in any yard decor, secure anything that will fly around, secure gates, bring in hoses, potted plants, etc. Bring in patio furniture and grills.

- Clean your environment so you have clear, easy escape routes. Even if that means temporarily moving furniture to one area.

- Scrub all bathrooms so you are starting with a clean odor free environment. Store water filled trash cans next to each toilet for flushing.

- Place everything you own that is important and necessary in a backpack or small file box that is easy to grab. Include your wallet with ID, phone, hand sanitizer, snacks, etc. Get plastic sleeves for important documents.

- Make sure you have cash on hand.

- Stock up on pet food and fill up bowls of water for pets.

- Refill any medications. Most insurance companies allow for 2 emergency refills per year.

- Fill your propane tanks. You can heat soup cans, boil water, make coffee, and other stuff besides just grilling meat. Get an extra, if possible.

- Drop your A/C in advance and lower temperatures in your fridges.

- Gather all candles, flashlights, lighters, matches, batteries, first aid kit and other items and keep them accessible.

- Clean all counters in advance. Start with a clean surface. Buy Clorox Wipes for cleaning when there is no power. Mop your floors and vacuum. If power is out for 10 days, you'll have to live in the mess you started with.

- Pick your emergency safe place such as a closet under the stairs. Store the items you'll need in that location for the brunt of the storm. Make a hand fan for when the power is out.

- Shower just before the storm is scheduled to hit.

- Keep baby wipes next to each toilet. Don't flush them. It's not the time to risk clogging your toilet!

- Run your dishwasher, don't risk having dirty smelly dishes and you need every container for water! Remember you'll need clean water for brushing your teeth, washing yourself, and cleaning your hands.

- Pack a small suitcase and keep it in your car in case you decide to evacuate. Also put at least one jug of water in your car. It will still be there if you don't evacuate. You don't need to store all water in the house. Remember to pack for pets as well.

- Check on all family members, set up emergency back up plans, and check on elderly neighbors.

- Pets are family too. Take them with you.

- Before the storm, unplug all electronics. There will be power surges during and after the storm.

- Cover televisions, computer monitors and other electronic devices with trash bags in case windows break and expose the interior of the house to the elements.

- Cover windows with plywood from the outside.

- Gas up your car and have a spare gas container for your generator or your car when you run out.

- Touch base with neighbors prior to the storm to determine if they are ready and capable to weather the storm. Building relationships with neighbors also comes in handy if you need to borrow a chainsaw or need extra hands to clear debris.

We hear American politicians talk warmly and affectionately about our military and how they are fighting around the world to preserve our freedom and democracy. George Bush "The Dumber" liked to say "We have to fight them over there or we'll have to fight them over here".

The ugly truth that many Americans are getting wise to is that none of these wars have anything to do with American freedom and democracy, and instead they have a lot to do with Israel's control over our President, the Congress, the Senate, the Pentagon, and the State Department.

Last year I wrote in "Syrian War Lies and The Greater Israel Project" that this war was about regime change for the benefit of Israel, period.

The US, Israel, and other western countries sold out to Israel, like Germany, England, France along with Trump's new pal's, the head choppers in Saudi Arabia have all been arming, funding and protecting the terrorists in Syria for years. The despicable John "Traitor" McCain spent his final years in the Senate arming and funding terrorists.

Wikileaks published a leaked e-mail to Hillary Clinton from Israeli Intelligence saying that the "fall of the Assad regime would result in a regional sectarian war between the Sunni's and the Shia, drawing in Iran, which, in the view of Israeli commanders would not be a bad thing for Israel and it's western allies."

*Virginia Senator Dick Black is on record accusing Hillary Clinton of ordering the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens in Benghazi, to cover up her illegal transfer of arms and terrorists to Syria through Turkey.

*The US and Israel wanted a regional war to break out in Syria. Let that sink in.

*The Jerusalem Post recently reported that Israel has been arming and funding 12 terrorist groups in Syria for years. Is this how Israel spends the billions of dollars that we send them each year? Do you wonder why FOX News or the other networks didn't report this news?

Trump said not long ago that he was pulling troops out of Syria but he has apparently changed his mind. The US Navy is currently conducting maneuvers in the region and the reason now given for staying in Syria was addressed by Naval Commander Scott Stearney who stated, They are concerned that "Iran's activities in the region are promoting instability." Really?

The US has been arming terrorists in Syria, Libya, and Iraq for years and is arming and sponsoring the Saudi slaughter that continues against the people of Yemen. The Turks, NATO members, have been active in Idlib for some time and have colluded with several terrorist groups including ISIS in Syria for years.

Israel bombs targets in Syria with impunity, claiming 200 bombing missions in Syria this year alone. They claim to be bombing Iranian targets, in much the same way that they blame Hamas every time they shoot another unarmed Palestinian.

The Trump administration, however, is concerned about Iran destabilizing the region? You really have to leave your brain at the door to follow this insane Neo-Con logic.

Trump needs to take control of America's foreign policy that currently appears to be in the hands of Bibi Netanyahu, the Zionists at the Pentagon and the President's National Security Adviser, and longtime Israeli puppet, John Bolton who was no doubt behind cruelly cutting off aid to the prisoners in Palestine.

If he doesn't, he will likely end up on the Mt. Rushmore of American war criminals alongside the Kenyon, Barack Obama, the head of the Bush Crime Family George H.W. Bush, and of course the scourge of Iraq, George Bush "The Dumber".

In recent days Israeli puppet Nikki Haley oddly warned Syria's Bashar al-Assad not to use chemical weapons against terrorists in Idlib, the last refuge of ISIS, Al Queda and other groups, and just yesterday the Wall Street Journal published an article citing unnamed US officials who claim Syrian's President Assad is planning a chemical attack. I remember when intelligence from unnamed sources lied us into the war in Iraq.

This should serve as a false flag alert to everyone. What purpose would a chemical attack serve Syria or Russia in a war they are winning? John Bolton's recent trip to Israel was no doubt to firm up their plans to intervene and another false flag gas attack has certainly worked in the past to get the base on board to fight another war for Israel, why not another?

Just yesterday afternoon Bolton said in a televised speech that the US, France, and Great Britain have agreed that any future gas attacks would be taken ''very seriously" and would require a much "stronger and harsher response". Sounds like we will hear about a gas attack in Syria sooner than later.

The harsher response is what Bibi and the rest of Israels zealot's want. the plan for "the Greater Israel Project", which calls for the theft of much more land, won't allow a retreat, and if the Syrians won't gas their people the US/Israeli backed terrorists and associated White Helmets no doubt have their orders.

Also, Bibi has an interest in Genie Oil Company which is pumping billions in stolen Syrian oil from the Golan Heights and Assad has made some noise recently about retaking the Golan Heights.

Regime change would likely result in the Golan Heights, Stolen by Israel from Syria over 50 years ago, remaining with Israel. At least Bibi Netanyahu certainly believes it would.

Netanyahu has already been pressuring Trump to give America's blessing to the theft of the Golan Heights, but even if Trump went along with it the rest of the world never would. Israel hasn't many friends at the UN.

Russia's Putin, Iran's Rouhani, and Turkey's Erdogan met recently to try to avoid more conflict as Turkey has been overrun with 3 million Syrian refugees. Putin and Rouhani deciding the time was right to move on Idlib, dismissed talks of ceasefire or further delays.

Fars News Agency reported that Russian and Syrian Fighters carried out strikes on terrorists in the Hama and Idlib area inflicting heavy losses. The question many are asking is what is the US goal in Syria? What exactly is the mission? Why should World War 3 start over this nonsense?

After years of sending terrorists into Syria to destroy the country and murder it's citizens, It would be a stretch for the US to now claim we are there on a humanitarian mission, but I wouldn't be surprised if they try.

That might be a tough sell now since the Russian military just accused the US Air Force of using F-15 Fighters armed with banned White Phosphorus munitions while bombing the town of Hajin in Syria. The US and Israel have been accused of this before, the US famously in Fallujah, Iraq. No wonder the US is breaking with the International Criminal Court (ICC)

According to the State Department, with no UN mandate and no invitation from the Syrian government to stay, the new mission in Syria signed by Trump removes timelines on withdrawal. According to US special envoy James Jeffrey, they are committed to an "indefinitely extended stay." The goal he said was "Containing Iran."

That, no doubt, must seem reasonable to most FOX News watchers except what they didn't address is the fact that there are no Iranian troops in Syria, nor are there any Iranian military bases in Syria.

*In a new warning at the UN, Ambassador Nikki Haley said, "If Assad, Russia and Iran continue down the path they are on the consequences will be dire".

This would be hilarious if it weren't so deadly serious. Haley must be aware that the rest of the world isn't getting their news from FOX. The US has no moral superiority in Syria and dopey Nikki Haley couldn't see the moral high ground from where she sits with binoculars.

What do you suppose Israel was really targeting on those 200 bombing raids inside Syria. Just who are US Fighters targeting in Hajin with white phosphorus? Why isn't anyone asking these questions in the criminally negligent media?

The US and Russian fleets sit off the coast of Syria waiting for orders. What Trump does in Syria will make or break his presidency. If he doesn't want to have the same "war criminal" tag that Bush and Obama carry around, Trump had better either keep Bibi on a shorter leash or break the chains Bibi has on him.

Either way at $20 trillion in debt we don't have the resources, and I don't think most American's have the stomach for another war for Israel. The Syrian story is the next big story. The next great theft.

I have said before that your bodies are like space suits, which allow your consciousness to dwell in this dimension, but I must add that human consciousness is not the only form of consciousness that can inhabit a human body.

Angelic consciousness and demonic consciousness can inhabit a mortal body just as well, like putting a shirt on a large dog: it may not fit well, but it will do.

And so it is that when we contend with Evil in High Places, there are those who appear to be human because they are "wearing" a human body----but are not human.

This reality is told to you plainly and many times over in the Bible, but in talking to people I get the impression that most of us have not really taken this information to heart and consciously considered what it means in practical terms.

It means that that nice lady at the PTA meeting-- or political party convention-- may in fact be a demon inhabiting a human body.

Or that man standing on the street corner with a "Work for Food" sign, may be an angel in the flesh.

To your eyes, they look the same as anyone else and you cannot tell the difference.

Adding to the confusion there are other entities that can also inhabit human flesh --- for example, beings from the Devic Kingdoms, who are Nature Spirits and have no moral consciousness at all beyond an alliance to the Truth.

And now, Artificial Intelligence, AI, is making its debut, a profane man-made melding of computerized machinery and human neural networks, further confusing an already jumbled roster of beings that appear to be fully human --- and are not.

I am bringing this to your attention because in days to come this information will help you make sense of the world.

You will hear what has been done and planned in the dark and it will horrify you. I have heard it, and it horrifies me.

You will wonder how people could think and do such things, and the answer is, simply, they are not people. They are demons inhabiting human flesh. They are the children of Satan.

They shouldn't even be here, but they are---so, we have to deal with that fact.

It will be quite a shock to your senses and your mind to deal with the realities of this circumstance, and you may feel paranoid at times --- but that will pass and you will learn to recognize all these "other" beings that inhabit our world, a learning process that will serve to eliminate their power and influence.

After all, if you could see the snake, you would avoid the snake. Or kill it. You would not invite it to tea and take its advice. You would not elect it to office. You would not let it run your educational system or control your media.

The White Snake (Dragon) came to Britain in Megalithic times, at least 10,000 years ago.

It's image was used as the battle standard of King Vortigern, circa 450 A.D, when Merlin made his first prophecy, saying that the white dragon (Vortigern) would be defeated by the red dragon (Uther Pendragon).

The red Welsh dragon and the white Scottish dragon have been at war ever since.

That suits them, as dragons are devoted to perpetual war, war, and more war. This is because war profits them at every one else's expense. And they grow stronger in an atmosphere of anger and fear.

A statue of the red dragon stands in the courtyard of the Inner City of London to this day, it's demonic presence still being felt to the ends of the Earth.

And the white dragon? Went home to Scotland, there to sulk and scheme and rebuild its strength.

With Satan in chains and the foundations of the Inner City shaken to the core, The White Snake now stirs itself in the form of The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, Lord High Admiral.

The White Snake, like Philip, is old and sick and weary to its bones, wise with the plunder of many defeats, impatient for its aims to be won; it is uncoiling itself and spreading its cobra-like hood, resting on the narrow beach of Loch Lamond.

The White Snake still has the run of its portal to the open sea. It still mocks the world of men and the name of God.

As the 911 17th anniversary approaches, it is worth casting our minds back to that "catastrophic and catalyzing event", that new Pearl Harbor (in the words of the PNAC neocons), which has cemented the false idea of a War on Terror into the public mind.

More and more researchers and facts have emerged since the first few years after the event. Thanks to the work of people like Dr. Judy Wood and Rebekah Roth, we now have a very good idea of the how and who behind the biggest false flag attack in world history.

Below are 17 unanswered questions designed to briefly reacquaint you with the shocking anomalies, inconsistencies and holes in the official narrative during this 911 17th anniversary.

1. If Osama bin Laden was the mastermind of 9/11, why was he never formally charged with the crime?

Guess the FBI just plain old forgot or were too busy conducting sting operations (foiling terror plots they themselves orchestrated) to actually charge bin Laden with the grandest crime in history. By the way, what were representatives from the Bush family (ex-CIA chief and President George H. W.) doing meeting with representatives from the bin Ladens (Shafig bin Laden, brother of Osama) the day before 9/11 in New York Ritz-Carlton Hotel? How did everyone seem to know it was bin Laden before the dust had even settled, e.g. former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak speaking on the BBC only 1 hour after the attacks?

2. Why did Netanyahu say 9/11 was "very good for Israel"?

The New York Times quoted Netanyahu as saying: ""It's very good." Then he edited himself: "Well, not very good, but it will generate immediate sympathy.""Netanyahu was quoted elsewhere as saying, "We are benefiting from one thing, and that is the attack on the Twin Towers and Pentagon, and the American struggle in Iraq," and that the 9/11 event "swung American public opinion in our favor."

3. Why did 5 Israeli "art students" (i.e. intelligence agents) celebrate by loudly dancing and cheering on a nearby rooftop and thereby attracting attention?

These same "art students" stated to the police: "We are Israeli. We are not your problem. Your problems are our problems. The Palestinians are the problem."They also claimed in a TV interview that they were there "to document the event"!

4. Why did the Israeli company Urban Moving Systems have a mural of a plane crashing into the Twin Towers painted on its side (remember, it must have been painted before the 9/11 attacks)?

5. Why did the BBC announce Building 7 had been demolished before it actually had?

Someone went off script and jumped the gun with that report …

6. Why were the 9/11 planes so light that day (carrying a total of 260 passengers in 4 planes instead of the more normal 800 passengers)?

Just a coincidence, right?

7. How could any emergency calls (either by passengers or flight attendants) have been placed from the air when cell phones don't work in the air?

Rebekah Roth was a former flight attendant herself who caught some of the 9/11 flight attendants in a lie. One of them stated she was on the phone for 27 minutes! Another one stated that the hijackers had sprayed pepper spray (or mace) just in business class, but this is impossible because it would circulate all throughout the plane.

8. Why did there just happen to be 46 drills on the day of 9/11 to confuse everyone?

9. If Mohammad Atta and his team of hijackers were waging a holy war/jihad against the US according to their strict Islamic faith, why were they seen gambling, drinking alcohol, eating pork, smoking cocaine and using hookers in the leadup to the 9/11 false flag attack?

10. Why did NORAD, ultimately commanded by then VP, PNAC member and neocon Dick Cheney, give the order to "stand down" when the US was under attack?

11. Is it just a coincidence that then Secretary of Defense, PNAC member and neocon Donald Rumsfeld announced that the Pentagon/DoD couldn't account for US$2.3 trillion the day before 9/11 happened, thus putting this astonishing fact down the memory hole?

12. Why did NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani immediately ship the fallen metal to China and India, thus destroying the evidence?

According to Dr. Steven Jones, only 250 pieces of structural steel were saved for analysis out of 200,000 tons!

13. Why did then President George W. Bush continue to read a kids' book, upside down, to a classroom of children right after he was told the first WTC tower had been struck?

By the way, do you think it's a just a coincidence that the kids were reciting these 5 words for their lesson right then: KITE, HIT, STEEL, PLANE, MUST?

14. Why did Bush tell a public meeting that he saw the first plane strike the WTC and said "There's one terrible pilot" when video footage shows he was in the classroom not watching a TV at that time?

15. Why did the Israeli company Zim Shipping mysteriously vacate their WTC lease just a week before 9/11 and incur a $50,000 fine to do so?

16. If 9/11 was carried out by 19 Kamikaze Arabs and with the help of no States, was did Saudi Arabia threaten the US when Congress was considering releasing the "28 pages"?

And why does the troika of Israel, Saudi Arabia and the US continue to work together, e.g. as in subsequent operations like the Syrian War?

17. Why have so many non-US public officials stated on the record that the 9/11 attack must have been carried out by a State, not a loose group of militants?

Conclusion

As more and more years pass from September 11th, 2001, it is important to remember the gross amount of falsehood and fakery surrounding that event. Those lies led to so much draconian regulation, limitation of rights, torture, tyranny and war. May the 911 17th anniversary be an occasion for us to remind ourselves of the vast deception that continues to be perpetrated against us. It's never too late to pursue and spread the truth. Even after all the hoopla over the JFK files release, Trump still bowed down to his military-intelligence masters and kept many files classified. You may be wondering what in the world is going on today.

Let me explain from my point of view and from the point of view of it being 9/11.

As I see it, a group of military and government officials are about to launch history's biggest round-up. There are alleged to be 50,000 sealed indictments that are about to be served.

Military units are trained, briefed and ready to go. I expect them to go on 9/11.

When they do, the upper levels of what are called the Illuminati, the cabal, the deep state or secret government will be arrested and put on trial. Their assets will be confiscated and, if found guilty, later redistributed.

It's planned to take down the entire Illuminati power structure throughout the world, including international banking, child-trafficking, the global drug trade, and the global arms trade.

The group that will carry out this operation is what are called White Hats or the Alliance. I don't think it'd be useful to identify them, if I knew.

They've been collecting evidence since I became aware that something unusual was happening on the planet – back in 2007. Back then, as David Wilcock noted, they were known as Faction 3.

Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald was leading a team at that time preparing evidence to seek indictments. What's happening now is the fruition of their work.

I wouldn't be surprised if a long-awaited Global Currency Reset and Revaluation takes place on 9/11. Through lightworkers participating in the spread of abundance, the sequestered Illuminati money will be returned to the people.

Returns from currency exchanges and historical-asset sales, prosperity packages and off-planet gold will all be used to spread abundance around the globe.

In the not-too-distant future, a wider program of political, economic, and cultural reform, called NESARA (for National Economic Security and Reformation Act), will come into effect and more benefits will flow out to the population of the world. But first lightworkers have a short space of time to show what they can do as financial wayshowers and stewards of the Divine Mother's wealth.

Sequestered technological innovations and inventions will be released, to be joined by new technologies gifted to us by our star family, like replicators and free-energy devices.

A Divine Plan exists for the end of one age (the Kali Yuga or Dark Age) and the beginning of another (the Sat Yuga or Golden Age).

Staged Filming of False Flag 'Chemical Attacks' Has Begun in Idlib: Russian MoD

Russian state media channels, in a near simultaneous blitz of information, have issued breaking alerts this morning that anti-Assad insurgents in Idlib have begun filming "fake footage of chemical attacks" based on Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) statements. The Russian Center for Syrian Reconciliation says the "fake footage of chemical attacks" is expected to be delivered to various TV channels and Western journalists before the end of the day Tuesday.

Russia's Sputnik News indicates based on official Moscow sources:

According to the information received from inhabitants of Idlib province, militants are now filming a staged provocation in the city of Jisr al-Shugur, where "chemical weapons" are depicted as being used by the Syrian army against civilians. The film crews of several Middle Eastern TV channels arrived in Jisr al-Shugur in the morning, as well as the regional affiliate of one of the main American television news networks", the Reconciliation Center said.

Jisr al-Shugur is a key al-Qaeda held town in Idlib Province, specifically under the control of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Nusrah Front, or al-Qaeda). There have been international journalists inside Jisr al-Shugur over the past weeks.

Official Russian military sources also say two containers of a chlorine-based toxic substance have been brought to Jisr al-Shugur; however, the sources did not cite any specific intelligence or provide evidence to back the claim.

The Russian MoD described, per Sputnik:

The plot envisages staged scenes showing 'activists' of the Civil Defence ("White Helmets") 'helping' the residents of Jisr al-Shughur after the Syrian army allegedly used the so-called barrel bombs with poisonous substances," the center said.

Meanwhile Russian channel RT also featured the charges in breaking news, describing:

Several Middle East TV channels and a local branch of a leading US news channel have been sent to the city of Jisr al-Shughur in Syria's Idlib governorate to produce the footage needed for the provocation.

This comes the same morning as a new Wall Street Journal report confirms that the White House is now in direct talks with the U.K. and France over plans for a possible third round of coordinated strikes on Syria should the Syrian Army use chemical weapons during its Idlib assault.

Speaking to reporters after a major speech on Monday, US national security advisor John Bolton slammed Moscow's allegations of an impending staged "chemical provocation,"saying "That has to be, in the history of propaganda in the 20th and 21st centuries, one of the most outrageous claims that I can think of," according to the WSJ.

Meanwhile in Idlib, some truly strange theatrics have already begun, with Al Jazeera depicting locals preparing paper cups, bags and cotton, which are somehow supposed to serve as "chemical protective" gear. Reuters has also promoted some of the images of residents with plastic bags over their heads in recent coverage.

The Al Jazeera (AJ+) report aired late last week, and ranks as one of the more bizarre propaganda stunts we've seen from the Qatar-based channel.

For starters, nerve agents are absorbed through the skin, and quite obviously a little cotton and charcoal can do nothing to protect from a real gas attack.

The Al Jazeera filmed stunt seems to point to — at least on an anecdotal level — early conscious attempts by the armed groups controlling Idlib to stage exaggerated theatrics, and further points to international media's willingness to promote such stunts with no critical review whatsoever.

Update: Trump's national security advisor John Bolton indicated during a speech on Monday that the United States, Britain, and France have agreed that another use of chemical weapons by Syria would be taken "very seriously" and will require a much "stronger" and harsher response.

His remarks came during what's being described as his first major speech since joining the Trump administration at an event hosted by the conservative Federalist Society at a Washington, D.C., hotel.

Meanwhile Turkey has also weighed in regarding the ongoing Russian and Syrian allied assault on Al Qaeda-held Idlib, which began days ago when Russia initiated a bombing campaign ahead of an imminent and massive Syrian Army ground offensive.

Turkey's defense minister has called for all air and ground attacks on Idlib to stop immediately, calling for an urgent ceasefire to be established, according to Turkish state media.

Bolton's warning of a "third chemical attack" today comes on the heels of a Sunday Wall Street Journal story citing unnamed U.S. officials who claim to have intelligence showing Assad "approved the use of chlorine gas in an offensive against the country's last major rebel stronghold."

It appears the Trump White House is now signalling that an American attack on Syrian government forces and locations is all but inevitable.

But this time the stakes are higher as Russia has built up an unprecedented number of warships in the Mediterranean Sea along the Syrian coast in response to prior reports that the U.S., France, and Great Britain could be preparing an attack.

At this point there's not even so much as feigning surprise or suspense in the now sadly all-too-familiar Syria script out of Washington.

The Wall Street Journal has just published a bombshell on Sunday evening as Russian and Syrian warplanes continue bombing raids over al-Qaeda held Idlib, citing unnamed US officials who claim "President Bashar al-Assad of Syria has approved the use of chlorine gas in an offensive against the country's last major rebel stronghold."

And perhaps more alarming is that the report details that Trump is undecided over whether new retaliatory strikes could entail expanding the attack to hit Assad allies Russia and Iran this time around.



That's right, unnamed US officials are now claiming to be in possession of intelligence which they say shows Assad has already given the order in an absolutely unprecedented level of "pre-crime" telegraphing of events on the battlefield.

And supposedly these officials have even identified the type of chemical weapon to be used: chlorine gas.

The anonymous officials told the WSJ of "new U.S. intelligence" in what appears an eerily familiar repeat of precisely how the 2003 invasion of Iraq was sold to the American public (namely, "anonymous officials" and vague assurances of unseen intelligence) — albeit posturing over Idlib is now unfolding at an intensely more rapid pace:

Fears of a massacre have been fueled by new U.S. intelligence indicating Mr. Assad has cleared the way for the military to use chlorine gas in any offensive, U.S. officials said. It wasn't clear from the latest intelligence if Mr. Assad also had given the military permission to use sarin gas, the deadly nerve agent used several times in previous regime attacks on rebel-held areas. It is banned under international law.

It appears Washington is now saying an American attack on Syrian government forces and locations is all but inevitable.

And according to the report, President Trump may actually give the order to attack even if there's no claim of a chemical attack, per the WSJ:

In a recent discussion about Syria, people familiar with the exchange said, President Trump threatened to conduct a massive attack against Mr. Assad if he carries out a massacre in Idlib, the northwestern province that has become the last refuge for more than three million people and as many as 70,000 opposition fighters that the regime considers to be terrorists.

And further:

The Pentagon is crafting military options, but Mr. Trump hasn't decided what exactly would trigger a military response or whether the U.S. would target Russian or Iranian military forces aiding Mr. Assad in Syria, U.S. officials said.

Crucially, this is the first such indication of the possibility that White House and defense officials are mulling over hitting "Russian or Iranian military forces" in what would be a monumental escalation that would take the world to the brink of World War 3.

The WSJ report cites White House discussions of a third strike — in reference to US attacks on Syria during the last two Aprils after chemical allegations were made against Damascus — while indicating it would "likely would be more expansive than the first two" and could include targeting Russia and Iran.

The incredibly alarming report continues:

During the debate this year over how to respond to the second attack, Mr. Trump's national-security team weighed the idea of hitting Russian or Iranian targets in Syria, people familiar with the discussions said. But the Pentagon pushed for a more measured response, U.S. officials said, and the idea was eventually rejected as too risky.

A third U.S. strike likely would be more expansive than the first two, and Mr. Trump would again have to consider whether or not to hit targets like Russian air defenses in an effort to deliver a more punishing blow to Mr. Assad's military.

Last week the French ambassador, whose country also vowed to strike Syria if what it deems credible chemical allegations emerge, said during a U.N. Security Council meeting on Idlib: "Syria is once again at the edge of an abyss."

With Russia and Iran now in the West's cross hairs over Idlib, indeed the entire world is again at the edge of the abyss.

'ICC is dead to us': US to use 'any means' to shield citizens & allies from war-crime probes

The US will fight back using any means necessary if the International Criminal Court ever dares to probe an American or Israeli, and will punish those who cooperates with war-crime investigations, John Bolton is set to announce.

"The United States will use any means necessary to protect our citizens and those of our allies from unjust prosecution by this illegitimate court," Donald Trump's national security adviser, John Bolton, is expected to say, according to a draft speech seen by Reuters. "We will not cooperate with the ICC. We will provide no assistance to the ICC. We will not join the ICC. We will let the ICC die on its own. After all, for all intents and purposes, the ICC is already dead to us."

The vigorous speech, titled 'Protecting American Constitutionalism and Sovereignty from International Threats,' according to the Washington Post, will be delivered to a conservative group in Washington on Monday.

The Trump administration will retaliate if the ICC proceeds with a formal investigation into alleged war crimes committed by US forces in Afghanistan. The ICC is considering an official probe after it received 1.17 million allegations from Afghan citizens of atrocities at the hands of the Taliban, local security forces and warlords, as well as the US-led coalition.

In addition, Bolton will vow to protect all American allies from similar probes – in particular Israel, which is being accused of perpetrating war crimes against Palestinian civilians. "The United States will always stand with our friend and ally, Israel,"says Bolton's draft text.

The potential US sanctions against judges, prosecutors and those who cooperate with such a probe might include banning those individuals from entering the US, freezing their assets, and trying them in American courts.

The United States (as well as Russia) signed but never ratified the 2002 Rome Treaty that established the International Criminal Court. The body has since been widely criticized as a "political tool," especially after The Hague-based court failed to examine NATO's illegal intervention and bombings of Belgrade in the case of the former Yugoslavia, instead only going after former president Slobodan Milosevic. Nevertheless, the US exerts some influence over the court via European governments, which are dominant in the administration of the ICC. So, even if the ICC were to launch a probe, let alone find US forces guilty of war crimes, it is doubtful that Washington would take any notice of such rulings.

As we leave the last leg of the political calm before the storm, we do so as well from the weather calm.

David Wilcock has plotted the path of Hurricane Florence as passing right through Washington. (1) Is that just a coincidence?

I don't think so.

Look at how useful the storm is to the White Hats. For one thing, it provides cover for President Trump to say there'll be unusual activity from government officials and please obey them:

I'm not sure what elements of the 9/11 Truth narrative have changed since I studied the matter in depth in 2007.

I can well imagine that a lot has.

But the bare facts of the matter undoubtedly have not.

9/11 was not done by "them." It was done by "us." It was done by our "side," our own people.

It was a well-thought-out, well-planned, multi-service, international operation whose purposes were antithetical to democracy, freedom, and human rights.

Elements of our governments, civil services, militaries, banks, and a host of other co-conspirators mapped out the event, pulled it off, killed off whistleblowers, and fooled most of us to this day.

As the story unravels of who they are, what they do, and what they want, it goes into rabbit holes that make one sick. The worst are the atrocities done to children. I hope the Reval will make it possible to end these practices worldwide. (1)

But what the cabal wanted goes well beyond preying on our children. They wanted a nuclear Third World War to kill off all but 500 million of the population, to be used as slaves.

I can say this in a few straightforward paragraphs but establishing even these few facts and having them be entertained by a large group of people has taken those who spoke out almost two decades of perseverance in the face of ridicule and ostracism.

We know more about the cabal now than we ever have, by patiently uncovering one fact here and one fact there. Even so, the amount we know is very little. Whether it's much or little, the cabal – the deep state – is being dismantled as we speak.
  • 9/11 was their way of capturing the initiative in a number of retaliatory wars, already planned, that would see the deep state secure control over Afghanistan, Iraq, and Iran, with their poppy fields and oil fields. It was to precede decisive moves in the Middle East.
  • 9/11 would allow the cabal to further erode civil rights. The Patriot Act, the false-flag Oklahoma Bombing, state intrusion, FEMA camps, expansion of surveillance rights, etc., etc., were all aimed at extending their control over the population. Only now are we uncovering the extent of the cabal's financial manipulations and the variety of ways they had of bilking the public.
  • 9/11 established the fear of terrorism and the commitment to upholding "national security" as prime American preoccupations.
Behind the scenes, the cabal was preparing to declare martial law, end democracy, and send intellectuals and activists to FEMA camps where plastic coffins awaited them.

On and on the list could go of attacks made against the people since then – pandemics, toxic vaccines, chemtrails, fluoride, manmade hurricanes, wildfires, earthquakes, etc.

The only part I'd add to the story as told by boots on the ground is to point to the contribution of our star family – other galactic civilizations. They're here to help us overthrow the cabal and ensure our Ascension.

They've prevented any nuclear weapon from being exploded in space after World War II. With them around, the deep state was never going to have its nuclear war.

Our star family also removed the depleted uranium from the air after the deep state flooded the atmosphere with it from many regional wars. (2)

Sheldan Nidle's Galactic Federation sources assert that they've had a hand in the Alliance's plans for the cabal:

"As we watch the way the Alliance, our Earth allies, work together to implement the very discreet and painstakingly orchestrated blueprint that we helped them formulate, we can't help but feel some pride." (3)

I think, when the history books are written, our star family will figure largely as behind-the-scenes formulators and collaborators with the White Hats or Alliance.

Recently, the CIA's satellites and computers were taken down. (4) There were rumors of indictments being unsealed and raids all over the world.

I feel confident that the people who brought us 9/11 are no longer in a position to inflict harm on the world. How deep the catchment of the raids will go, no one yet knows. But I think it will address many major problems in the world from the end of a would-be fascist world dictatorship to the end of global child suffering.

I don't know if you've noticed a settling down of the weather in the last few years. It's because the cabal's weather-warfare apparatus was taken down. (5)

In the same way, with the CIA and other agencies now blind, deaf, and dumb, I hope we'll see a fall off of trouble in our world. No more Paris shootings, Hurricane Katrina's, or school massacres. No more endless regional wars to justify military spending or extend an empire.

Peace should return to the world when the war makers stop.

I hope it'll be like waking up from a bad dream and feeling thankful for being alive.

Given the cabal's plans for us, we probably should be thankful for being alive. And thankful to the White Hats and galactics who are at this moment bringing a halt to their present and future plans.

If the cabal stops, fine. Until it stops, not fine.

Operation Valkyrie was a German emergency plan in the event that Hitler was killed. It also became the name of a plot to assassinate Hitler, which failed. I consider this one unlikely to fail.

An Interview with David Ray Griffin

On September 11, I entertained a couple of house guests, senior journalists from Scandinavia. I remember watching in horror and disbelief the unfolding drama, as the United States was being subjected to multiple deadly attacks on-screen. I turned to the international affairs editor of a major Danish paper and told her "This could not have been done by al-Qaida." I am an Israeli and, as such, I have a fair "sixth sense" as to the capabilities of terrorists and their potential reach.

Enter David Ray Griffin. I was introduced to him by a mutual acquaintance. He is emeritus professor of philosophy of religion and theology at Claremont School of Theology and Claremont Graduate University. He has published over 30 books, including eight about 9/11, the best known of which is "The New Pearl Harbor Revisited: 9/11, the Cover-Up, and the Exposé."

On the face of it, his credentials with regards to intelligence analysis are hardly relevant, let alone impressive. But, to underestimate him would be a grave error. Being a philosopher, he is highly trained and utterly qualified to assess the credibility of data; the validity and consistency of theories (including conspiracy theories); and the rationality and logic of hypotheses. These qualifications made him arguably the most visible and senior member of what came to be known as the 9/11 Truth Movement.

In our exchange, he proved to be tolerant of dissenting views, open to debate, and invariably possessed of rigorous thinking. Still, while the 9/11 Truth Movement has succeeded to cast doubts on the official version of the events of September 11 (correctly labeled by Griffin: "the official conspiracy theory"), it failed, in my view, to present a compelling case in support of the alternative conspiracy theory much favored by many of its members: that the Bush administration was behind the attacks, one way or the other. Judge for yourselves.

The Incompetence Theory

A. This administration demonstrated incredible incompetence with Hurricane Katrina, the governing of occupied Iraq, and the subprime mortgage crisis. Why should September 11 and the months leading to that fateful day be any exception?

DRG: It was not an exception: The planning and the execution were terribly flawed, resulting in so many problems in the official story, including both internal contradictions and the obvious contravening of basic laws of physics, that if Congress and the press had carried out even the most superficial investigation, the fact that 9/11 was an inside job would have been quickly exposed. I will give nine examples (in giving these, I cite places in my books where the issues are discussed more fully):

First, President Bush was in a classroom in Florida when the second of the Twin Towers was struck. Although the first strike had been dismissed as an accident, this second one was taken as evidence that America was "under attack," as Andrew Card, Bush's chief of staff, reportedly whispered in his ear. Back in the White House, the Secret Service took Vice President Cheney down to the bunker under the White House. But the Secret Service agents with Bush allowed him to stay in the classroom for another 10 minutes, as shown by a video that was included in Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 9/11." If the attacks had really been, as they seemed, surprise attacks by terrorists going after high-value targets, the Secret Service agents would have feared that a hijacked airliner was bearing down on the school at that very minute. Their failure to hustle Bush away thereby implied that they knew that Bush was in no danger because they knew who was in control of the planes. The White House's apparently belated recognition of this implication was manifested a year later (before the video had emerged on the Internet), when it started telling a different story, claiming that Bush left the classroom within seconds after being told about the second strike on the Twin Towers ("9/11 Contradictions," Ch. 1).

Second, the White House and the Pentagon also later found it necessary to distort the truth about where Vice President Cheney, Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld, and General Richard Myers were between 9 and 10 AM that morning. Richard Clarke reported in his book, "Against All Enemies" that Myers and Rumsfeld were in the Pentagon's teleconferencing studio participating in his White House video conference, but Myers and Rumsfeld both claimed that they were elsewhere. Although Clarke and Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta reported that Cheney was down in the bunker before 9:20, the 9/11 Commission claimed that he didn't enter it until almost 10:00 (20 minutes after the attack on the Pentagon and just before the crash of Flight 93). And although Clarke reported that he received the shootdown order from Cheney by 9:50 (at least 13 minutes before Flight 93 went down), the Commission claimed that Cheney did not issue this authorization until after 10:15 ("9/11 Contradictions," Chs. 2-7).

Third, much of the evidence that the planes had been hijacked was provided by people who reported that they had received cell phone calls from relatives or crew members on board the planes. About a dozen cell phone calls were reported from Flight 93 alone. But after the 9/11 Truth Movement publicized the fact that cell phone calls from high-altitude airliners had not been technologically possible in 2001, the FBI changed its report, saying that the only cell phone calls from any of the four airliners were two that occurred when Flight 93 had descended to 5,000 feet (at which altitude they would have been at least arguably possible). This change of story meant, among other things, that the FBI, having stated in an affidavit in 2001 that American 11 flight attendant Amy Sweeney had made a 12-minute cell phone call, needed to fabricate a very implausible tale to support its revised claim that she had actually used an onboard phone ("The New Pearl Harbor Revisited" [henceforth NPHR], Chs. 3 & 6).

Fourth, the military's original explanation as to why it was unable to intercept the first three flights before they hit their targets was so obviously problematic that it needed to be changed. Members of the 9/11 Truth Movement had shown that, even if the FAA had been as slow in notifying the military as NORAD claimed in 2001, there had still been sufficient time for the flights to have been intercepted, especially Flights 175 and 77. So the 9/11 Commission in 2004 simply created a new timeline, claiming, wholly implausibly, that the FAA had not notified the military at all about those two flights ("9/11 Contradictions," Chs. 10 & 11).

Fifth, after considerable evidence was publicized by the 9/11 Truth Movement that Flight 93 had been shot down, the 9/11 Commission created a completely new story about it. Although the military had stated that the FAA had notified it about this flight and even that fighter jets were tracking it, the 9/11 Commission claimed that the FAA had not notified the military about Flight 93 until after it had crashed. Also, as I pointed out above, the 9/11 Commission claimed that Cheney did not issue the shootdown order until about 10:15, even though Richard Clarke reported that he had received this order at about 9:50 ("9/11 Contradictions," Chs 12-13).

Sixth, the FBI first told reporters that proof of al-Qaeda's responsibility for the attacks was incriminating material, including Mohamed Atta's last will and testament, that was found in a Mitsubishi rented by Atta and left in the parking lot at the Boston airport. The FBI also reported that two other members of al-Qaeda who were on Flight 11, Adnan and Ameer Bukhari, drove a rented Nissan on September 10 from Boston to Portland, where they stayed overnight and then took a commuter flight back to Boston the next morning in time to catch Flight 11. On September 13, however, the FBI realized that neither of the Bukhari brothers had died on 9/11: one was still alive and the other had died the year before. So the FBI simply changed the story, saying that Atta and another al-Qaeda operative, Abdul al-Omari, had driven the Nissan to Portland. The incriminating materials were now said not to have been found in the Mitsubishi in the parking lot but in Atta's luggage, which had failed to make the transfer from the commuter plane to Flight 11. One problem with this new story, besides the fact that it did not get fully formed until September 16, is that it made no sense, because it implied that Atta had planned to take his will on a plane that he intended to fly into the World Trade Center ("9/11 Contradictions," Ch. 16).

Seventh, the official story about the attack on the Pentagon said that the pilot of Flight 77, which was a Boeing 757, executed an amazing maneuver in order to strike the first floor of Wedge 1. But the authorities also claimed that this pilot was Hani Hanjour, who could not, as was reported by several stories in the mainstream press, safely fly even a single-engine plane. The identification of the incompetent Hanjour as the pilot was evidently a last-minute decision, because his name was even not on the FBI's first list of al-Qaeda operatives on Flight 77 (NPHR Chs. 2 & 6).

Eighth, eyewitness accounts by journalists and Pentagon employees, along with photographs and videos taken right after the attack on the Pentagon, reveal that there was no sign that the Pentagon had been hit by a giant airliner. Although about 30 people claimed to see an airliner strike the Pentagon, their testimonies were often in contradiction with each other and the physical facts ("NPHR Ch. 2).

Ninth, WTC 7 was evidently supposed to come down at about 10:45 in the morning, shortly after the collapses of the Twin Towers. A massive explosion occurred in the basement at about 9:15, which would have been 90 minutes before the explosions that were supposed to bring the building down (which would have been the same time-interval as that between the 8:46 explosion in the basement of the North Tower, as reported by janitor William Rodriguez, and the explosions that brought the building down at 10:28). But evidently most of the explosives that were supposed to go off at 10:45 failed to do so. As a result, the building did not come down until late in the afternoon, at which time the collapse was captured on several videos, which show the collapse to have been identical to typical implosions caused by pre-set explosives. This fact necessitated trying to keep most people in the dark about the collapse of WTC 7 as long as possible: Videos of WTC 7's collapse were never again (after 9/11 itself) shown on mainstream television; the 9/11 Commission did not even mention this collapse; and the National Institute of Standards and Technology repeatedly delayed its report on this building, finally issuing it only late in 2008, shortly before the Bush administration was to leave office.

As shown by these and many other problems, almost every aspect of the 9/11 operation revealed incompetence. If any of the resulting problems had been pursued by Congress or the press, the 9/11 hoax would have been quickly exposed.

WTC7

Q: Did the US Government possess in-house the expertise necessary to control-demolish WTC 7? Surely they didn't sub-contract or farm out the demolition?

DRG: Apart from an investigation, we have no way to know for certain. But the planners probably did hire someone: As explained by ImplosionWorld.com, true implosions, which cause a building to come straight down into its own footprint (as WTC 7 clearly did), are "by far the trickiest type of explosive project, and there are only a handful of blasting companies in the world that possess enough experience . . . to perform these true building implosions" ("Debunking 9/11 Debunking," Ch. 3). If the point of your statement that they "surely" would not have farmed out the demolition is that they would have feared that doing so would result in someone spilling the beans, this is an unrealistic assumption. No one would have been brought into the operation who could not be trusted to keep quiet. And why would someone confess to having participated in a project that killed thousands of fellow citizens?

Q: Why didn't the conspirators wait until a few hours after the attacks and then publicly demolish all three buildings as hazards to the public and for public safety reasons?

DRG: Again, apart from an investigation, in which people are induced to talk by subpoenas and threats of prison, we cannot know why they made the various decisions they made. We can, however, make reasonable guesses in some cases. In this case, the desire to demolish these particular buildings was surely a secondary motive, important to only a few of the conspirators. The main purpose was surely to create a traumatizing spectacle—the planes hitting the buildings and then the buildings coming down shortly thereafter, killing thousands of people—in order to get the American people and Congress psychologically prepared to support attacks on Muslim countries, starting with Afghanistan (against which a war had already been planned), and to accept restrictions on our constitutional rights (the PATRIOT Act). This spectacle could then be replayed endlessly on television to reinforce the public's fury and readiness to support the Bush administration's "war on terror," which could be morphed to attack Iraq (a war against which had also been planned in advance) and, assuming that the wars in those first two countries would go well, some of the other countries on the administration's "hit list," which has been reported by General Wesley Clark and neocon Michael Ledeen (NPHR Ch. 7).

Q: Why was WTC7 targeted and not other WTC buildings which suffered worse damage from debris and fires?

DRG: Again, we could learn the answer to this question easily enough through a genuine investigation, in which the usual types of inducements are used to get people to talk. Because that has not happened, some people have offered theories. One theory is that the building contained records that some authorities wanted destroyed. Another theory is that Giuliani's Emergency Operations Center on the 23rd floor had equipment for drawing the two planes into the Twin Towers, which meant that the building needed to be totally demolished in order to destroy all the evidence. I myself do not speculate about this, as I do not try to develop a complete theory as to what happened that day. I concentrate instead on the various types of evidence that the official story is false, which is all that is needed to point out that another—a real—investigation is in order.

United 93

Q: The conspiracy at the government level, according to the 9/11 Truth Movement, involved a stand-down order: an instruction to the military not to interfere with the hijacked aircraft and to allow them to crash into their targets. If so, why was UA 93 the exception? Why was it shot down (according to the Truth Movement)?

DRG: Let me begin by correcting your first statement. Many, perhaps most, people in the 9/11 Truth Movement do not believe there were any hijackers on board and hence do not believe that there were any "hijacked aircraft" that were simply "allowed" strike their targets. I at least do not believe this (I've explained why at great length in NPHR) and assume, instead, that the whole operation was carried out by the White House and the Pentagon, with Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Myers being three of the central figures.

As to what happened to Flight 93, we will probably never know unless there is an investigation. There is indeed strong evidence that a plane was shot down near Shanksville, Pennsylvania. And this could have been the original plan, in order to have a basis for fabricating the story about the heroic passengers foiling the intention of the evil Arab Muslims to strike another target (such as the White House or the US Capitol building), so that this story could be used by Bush as the beginning of the "war on terror," in which the American victims would strike back against the Muslim terrorists and "the countries that harbor them." But we have no way of knowing for sure.

We can, however, say one thing with certainty: that the official story—according to which there was no wreckage at the site because the plane, headed down at 580 miles per hour, buried itself completely in the ground, although a red headband (like those allegedly worn by the hijackers) and the passport of the al-Qaeda pilot were found on the ground—is not true. For one thing, that description of the plane's descent does not fit what any of the eyewitnesses reported. Also, different eyewitnesses of an airliner flying over the area reported it as going in two different directions, and then two crash sites were cordoned off. From the evidence, therefore, it's very hard to figure out much beyond the fact that the official story is a lie (NPHR Ch. 3).

Q: In your book, "9/11 Contradictions", you accept a purported phone call from the aircraft to a fixed line as a fact (pp. 116-7). Why, then, do you reject the veracity and existence of the other phone calls, allegedly made from other aircraft?

DRG: Actually, you misunderstood. I did not accept the purported call from Tom Burnett as a fact. What I accepted is that Deena Burnett "received a phone call that she believed to be from" her husband, Tom Burnett. The passage to which you refer is from Chapter 12 of "9/11 Contradictions." If you look at Chapter 17, you'll see that I used the calls received by Deena Burnett as a central part of the evidence that the calls were faked. Here's why: She reported that she was certain that the calls were from Tom, because she had recognized his cell phone number on her Caller ID. But when the FBI changed its story to get rid of all claims about high-altitude cell phone calls, it said that the calls from Tom Burnett were made on an onboard phone (even though the FBI report written on 9/11 had cited Deena's assertion that Tom had used his cell phone to make the calls). If one accepts this new FBI report (which was presented at the Moussaoui trial in 2006), how does one explain the fact that Deena reported seeing his cell phone number on her caller ID? Surely, given the fact that she reported this to the FBI that very day, we cannot assume that she was mistaken. And surely we cannot accuse her of lying. But an explanation becomes possible once we become aware of technology that can fake people's phone numbers as well as their voices. The conclusion that these calls were faked is also supported by internal problems in the statements purportedly made by Tom Burnett.

Once we realize that the cell phone calls were faked, moreover, we must assume that calls reportedly made using onboard phones were also faked: If hijackers really surprised everyone by taking over the planes, why would have people been ready to make fake cell phone calls reporting the existence of hijackers on the planes? (NPHR Chs. 3 & 6).

Al-Qaida and Atta

Q: Why would the FBI and the 9/11 Commission endorse a fallacious timeline regarding Atta's whereabouts and activities throughout 2001? They admit that they cannot explain his movements. They do not use this timeline to support the official history.

DRG: I explained above that the FBI did have a reason for giving a false account of Atta's movements on September 10 and 11: The story about two Flight 11 hijackers having driven a Nissan to Portland had become so well known that, when the FBI discovered that the Bukharis had not died on 9/11, it evidently felt that the best solution was to say that Atta had taken the Nissan to Portland. This revised account did become part of the official story.

With regard to the FBI's timeline for Atta in the early months of 2001, part of the motive for saying that he had left Venice, Florida, never to return, was evidently to cover up the fact that during March and April of 2001 he had lived with a stripper, Amanda Keller, which many people in Venice knew (especially the people who rented the apartment to them). Another motive, suggested by investigative reporter Daniel Hopsicker, is that Atta—who, according to Keller, took cocaine, which he would obtain from Huffman Aviation, where he was supposedly taking flight lessons (although Keller reported that he was already an expert pilot)—was perhaps involved in a drug-smuggling operation headquartered at Huffman. In these respects, therefore, the denial that Atta was in Venice in 2001 evidently did serve to support the official story.

In NPHR, incidentally, I reported still more evidence that the FBI timeline on Atta is false. Although this timeline claimed that Atta first arrived in the United States in June 2000, several credible individuals, including a Justice Department official, reported that Atta was in the country much earlier in 2000, as did the military intelligence operation known as Able Danger. It was clearly very important to the authorities to maintain otherwise, as shown by the fact that the Pentagon's inspector general went to great lengths to get Able Danger members to change their stories or, when they would not, to defame them (NPHR Ch. 6). But why it was so important, I do not know. Perhaps the FBI and Pentagon simply felt that, having strongly insisted that Atta did not arrive in the United States until June 3, 2000, they had to stick with it. But it may have also been motivated by the concern to keep his real activities during that period secret.

Q: If al-Qaida were not involved, how do you explain Project Bojinka as well as multiple warnings (by the foreign minister of Afghanistan, various agents, and the intelligence services of countries from Russia to Israel), all of them pointing the finger at Usama bin-Laden? How do you account for multiple intercepted communications that clearly point the finger at al-Qaida and bin-Laden?

DRG: I have never claimed that al-Qaeda was "not involved" at all. I claim only that there is no evidence that al-Qaeda operatives hijacked the planes. They appear to have been involved as paid assets to provide plausible people on whom to blame the "hijackings." The White House and the 9/11 Commission, for example, went to great lengths to cover up the fact that both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia funneled money to them (NPHR Chs. 6, 8).

Q: Everyone al-Qaida operative Abu Zubaydah mentioned in his testimony had died shortly thereafter. Why has Abu Zubaydah survived? How come he hasn't been liquidated as well?

DRG: I would not presume to know. And perhaps this is a good time to respond explicitly to your apparent assumption that, to challenge the official conspiracy theory, one must have an alternative theory of equal specificity, with answers to all the questions that could conceivably be raised about it. But this is not true. Let's say that you were accused by the authorities of murdering Bill Jones. You would assume that, to get the case dismissed, all you and your lawyer had to do was to prove that you could not possibly have killed Jones. But imagine that, after you had done so, the judge then declared: "Sorry, that's not good enough. You must also tell us who did kill Jones, how the murder was committed, and why." You would surely consider that unreasonable. By analogy, the 9/11 Truth Movement has provided abundant evidence that the 9/11 attacks could not have been carried out by al-Qaeda terrorists. We need not also specify exactly who did organize and carry out the attacks, all their motives, and why they handled each part of the operation and the cover-up as they did. So there is simply no need for us to try to explain why Zubaydah was not liquidated.

Q: The removal of Mahmoud Ahmad from office (as head of Pakistan's ISI) – ostensibly in order to silence him – could have actually provoked him to spill the beans and reveal what he knows. Alternatively, if he were being punished, at the behest of the CIA, for his collaboration with the 9/11 hijackers, this would seem to prove that the Bush Administration has not been complicit in the attacks.

DRG: I do not find it plausible that because Ahmad was removed, he would have been likely to spill the beans. People, especially long-time professionals like Ahmad, usually do not, out of spite, confess to participation in mass murder. And he was probably rewarded handsomely to resign quietly.

Government and Other Institutions

Q: Americans are prone to distrust their government and to attribute to it the worst motives, intentions, and conduct (consider, for instance, the conspiracy theories whirling around the Kennedy Assassination). Isn't the Truth Movement another instance of this brand of "anti-establishment" paranoia?

DRG: Like other a priori charges against the 9/11 Truth Movement, this one fails to fit the facts. If this characterization, according to which we joined the movement because we suspected the worst of the Bush administration (rather than because we became convinced by good evidence), were true, most of us would have started calling 9/11 an inside job the very first week. But if you look at the histories of most of the leading members of the movement, they joined much later. I myself first heard the inside-job theory near the end of 2002 and, when the advocate of this theory sent me what he considered good evidence, I did not find it convincing. It was not until I learned of Paul Thompson's "9/11 Timeline" in March 2003 that I started moving in that direction. To give two more examples, Steven Jones, our leading physicist, did not become involved until 2005, and Richard Gage, who started Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, until 2006.

Another consideration is that paranoid people are usually not very good at weighing evidence carefully. If you look at the writings of people such as Kevin Ryan (a chemist formerly employed at Underwriters Laboratories), Rob Balsamo (founder of Pilots for 9/11 Truth), A. K. Dewdney (former columnist for Scientific American), Robert Bowman (former head of the "Star Wars" program), as well as Jones and Gage, you will see that they exemplify careful, empirical observations, not paranoid thinking. The claim that the leading members of the 9/11 Truth Movement are paranoid is a purely a priori charge, not supported by empirical observation.

Q: Previous false flag operations did not take place on American soil and involved a minimal number of casualties. Not so September 11. Why the change in MO? Wouldn't the mere destruction of the Twin Towers (at night, let's say and with explosives) been enough? Why the enormous – and easily avoidable – toll in lives (for instance, in the Pentagon)?

DRG: My answer to this would be much the same as my response to your second question under the WTC 7 (which actually dealt with the Twin Towers as well), namely, that the spectacle of the planes hitting the buildings and then the buildings collapsing (which would be replayed endlessly on television), along with the toll in lives, was surely considered essential to get the American people, and our representatives in Congress, fired up to give the administration carte blanche to do as it wanted.

With regard to your observation that no previous false-flag operation had taken place on American soil, that is true only because President Kennedy vetoed Operation Northwoods. The Pentagon's joint chiefs of staff all signed off on plans to kill American citizens in 1962 in order to have a pretext for a war to regain control of Cuba ("The New Pearl Harbor," Ch. 7).

Q: If not al-Qaida operatives, then who flew the planes? Who were the suicide pilots? Surely not Americans?

DRG: I doubt if anyone was flying the planes that struck the Twin Towers and whatever it was that hit the Pentagon. They were most likely all flown remotely. The evidence suggests that the Pentagon, besides having bombs go off inside, was struck by a missile or some small airplane (which could have been flown by remote control). And the planes that hit the Twin Towers might have been taken out of the pilots' control by means of a technological override. Or, more likely, drones may have been substituted for them when their transponders went off near the Air Force base at Rome, New York (hence exemplifying one of the scenarios suggested in Operation Northwoods). In any case, I do not assume that there were any American pilots who volunteered to commit suicide.

Q: If a missile hit the Pentagon, then where is or was flight 77?

DRG: I have never argued that a missile hit the Pentagon. I reported in my first book (The New Pearl Harbor) that Thierry Meyssan argued this case. But I also mentioned that his main point was that there is no good evidence that a Boeing 757 hit the Pentagon and some evidence that it was a missile or a small military plane. That still leaves, of course, your question: If Flight 77 did not hit the Pentagon, what happened to it?

I never cease being amazed at how many people think that, unless those who deny that Flight 77 hit the Pentagon can answer this question, our claim is discredited. But that is simply the most prevalent example of the assumption that, to provide a convincing argument against the official theory, one must provide a fully detailed alternative theory—in this case explaining what happened to Flight 77. But that does not follow. There are many possible things that could have happened to it. It might, for example, have been the airliner that reportedly crashed on the Ohio-Kentucky border; or it could have been taken to a US Air Force base. But apart from an investigation, there is no way for those of us not involved in the operation to know what really did happen to it. And there is no need for us to have an answer, just as you, to prove you didn't kill Bill Jones, would not have to be able to say who did it and how.

We do, I might add, have strong evidence that the government used deception to convince us that Flight 77 hit the Pentagon. US Solicitor General Ted Olson—who had been instrumental in putting the Bush administration in power by successfully arguing that the US Supreme Court should stop the 2000 vote count in Florida—claimed on 9/11 that he had received two phone calls from his wife, TV commentator Barbara Olson, from Flight 77 shortly before the Pentagon was hit, during which she reported that the flight had been taken over by hijackers armed with knives and boxcutters. This was used as evidence that Flight 77 had been hijacked and that it had not crashed in the Mid-West. When the FBI presented its evidence about phone calls from the planes at the Moussaoui trial in 2006, however, it said this about Barbara Olson: She attempted one call, which was "unconnected," and hence lasted "O seconds." Accordingly, although the FBI is part of the Department of Justice, its report indicates that the story told by Ted Olson, the DOJ's former solicitor general, was untrue—which implies either that Olson lied or that he was duped. In either case, the claim that Barbara Olson gave information about Flight 77 was based on deception. And such deception is one more piece of evidence that the whole story about Flight 77 and the attack on the Pentagon is false (NPHR Ch. 2).

Q. Can you please comment on the role of terrorist attacks in domestic politics in the US?

DRG: Clearly the 9/11 attacks played a major role in the elections of 2002 and 2004, helping the Republicans gain control of the Congress and the White House. This role was not, to be sure, sufficient to keep Bush and Cheney in the White House in 2004, as the Republicans also had to resort to distorting John Kerry's war record and also to stealing the election through various means, most clearly in Ohio (see Mark Crispin Miller, Fooled Again). But there seems to be little doubt that the use of 9/11 to scare people into voting for Republicans played a role (even if irrationally, because the 9/11 attacks, if not either orchestrated or deliberately allowed by the Bush administration, were allowed by its incompetence).

By 2006, the 9/11-based appeal to fear had little effect, and thus far it is still weaker in 2008. This fact has not, however, prevented the Republicans from trying to use it one more time to scare people into voting for them, as the addresses to the Republican convention by Bush, Giuliani, and McCain illustrated.

Many people in the 9/11 community, however, fear that another false-flag attack, perhaps this time employing a nuclear weapon, will come before the 2008 elections, whether to help McCain win or, more fatefully, as a pretext for Bush to declare martial law and cancel the elections, allowing him, by the power he gave to himself in Presidential Directive 51, to assume unilateral control of the federal government. I am not saying that I expect this to happen. But I do not consider the fear unrealistic.

Q. In the days prior to September 11, the volume of put options on the stocks of firms involved in the attacks (mainly airlines and companies whose headquarters were in the WTC) soared. Do we know who bought these options and was it a case of insider trading?

DRG: It does appear to have been a case of insider trading (as I reported in "The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions," citing the careful study by Allen Poteshman, who teaches finance at the University of Illinois).

But the 9/11 Commission, while assuring us that it was not a case of insider trading, refused to tell us who bought the extraordinary numbers of put options on these companies. In illustrating its purported evidence that all the purchases were innocent, it said that "[a] single U.S.-based institutional investor with no conceivable ties to al Qaeda purchased 95 percent of the UAL puts." The Commission thereby employed circular logic. Beginning with the assumption that the attacks were planned and carried out entirely by al-Qaeda, with nobody else knowing about the plans, it argued that unless the put option purchasers were connected to al-Qaeda, the purchaser could not have had any inside information. But that argument begs the basic question at issue, which is precisely whether the attacks were planned by al-Qaeda, with no one else knowing about the plans (NPHR Ch. 5).

By not telling us who the investors were, the 9/11 Commission made it impossible for us to confirm its assurance that the purchases did not reflect insider information. We must simply take it on faith—which is difficult to do, given the dozens of lies of omission and distortion within the Commission's report ("The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions").

Sam, thanks for your questions, which have perhaps allowed me to reach a new audience with evidence that the official story about 9/11 is a lie. This evidence—only a small portion of which I have mentioned here—means that the policies that have been based on the assumption that America was attacked by Muslims on 9/11 need to be reversed. This point is especially germane in the light of Barack Obama's argument that one reason to wind down our involvement in Iraq is to have the troops and resources to "go after the people in Afghanistan who attacked us on 9/11." His position, which was stated repeatedly by speakers at the Democratic convention, is also reflected by the New York Times, which refers to the US attack on Iraq as a "war of choice" but the attack on Afghanistan as a "war of necessity," and by Time magazine, which has dubbed the latter "the right war." If we were not really attacked by Muslims on 9/11, these two wars were equally unjustified (as well as equally illegal under international law).

Where was the man behind 9/11, the mastermind, the Al Qaida lynchpin, who was supposedly directing things from an Afghani cave and released an audiotape of himself gloating over the fall of the World Trade Center?

On Sept. 10, 2001, bin Laden was having kidney dialysis in a Rawalpindi hospital, guarded by the Pakistani military, and not in any condition to talk.

Oh, yes, and he was murdered in late 2001/early 2002. He was not captured and killed in Abbotabad in 2011. All made up. All fiction.

September 11th, 2001 is a historically tragic date, not only because of thousands of people that died that day, but because they died by the hand of the leaders sworn to protect them. Although commonly accepted as truth today, the gravity of this conspiracy has never brought any of these criminals to justice for their crimes against humanity.

So have you ever considered what was really taken from us on that day?

Instead of focusing on the spiritually synchronized meaning of 911 the entire world became consumed by death, celebrating the most singularly watched event in history. The mass consciousness reverted to fear, war, distrust, and division.

After years of living this way, in a hyper-stimulated, hate-mongering society, lead by simple minded George W. Bush we learned that any fool could be President, and eventually we could ignore anything. Since 2001 a documentary named Fahrenheit 9/11 connected the dots to the Bush family's involvement in the attacks on the towers, an actual CIA Engineer came forward to explain how he designed the third tower to fall proving it was an inside job, the CIA released 13 Million Classified documents that revealed that they were using Nazi Mind Control on the American people, UFOs have been witnessed and confirmed by hundreds of pilots, and there is a known Shadow Government operating in the back ground of the CIA, and yet somehow we've all fallen asleep as if we saw these things coming.

Ignorance develops from ignoring things that we shouldn't. Indifference comes from the feeling that there's nothing we can do to make a difference. But apathy is the worst. Apathy develops because we've forgotten who we are. Because we've forgotten that we are the children of God. We are the creators of the world and it is our energy that inspires the Universe to bring something from the spirit into shape and form.

This creative process is something we have to build from a foundation of love, compassion, and kindness. We do not have the right to be careless. We are the care takers of the planet, care givers for the next generation, and the carefully designed temples created for the Holy Spirit. Care fully. Love completely.
