A. Aug. 26 2018 "Exchanges in Zurich" Philip Tilton:

1. The Atlanta Group, based in Hungary, were from several countries of Eastern Europe, and were summoned to Zurich to close their exchange. A friend in Hungary said they showed up Sat. morning Aug. 25.

2. Also on Sat. Aug. 25 48 groups of Dinar single currency holders were in Hong Kong to close at an agreed upon price. Money was deposited in accounts of the Paymasters. The money was on the account screen, but would not be liquid until deliver of the 800#s.

3. Group 4 of Tier 4 could be released tonight Aug. 26, or next weekend. Either way, the exchanges would begin before the end of August.

5. Was told late yesterday that all groups were still exchanging into SDR and would not become liquid until Sept. 12. I do not necessarily believe this, but the codes needed to generate the liquidity have not yet been processed.

6. The hope was that the "Black Eagle" - the world's most valued bond - would become liquid on Mon. Aug. 27.

7. The capitol controls would become the next big concern, which was the reason for meetings between the US and Mexico – to reach an agreement with it's Black Eagle Historical Bond.

8. A friend's Wells Fargo Banker called her and said the 800#s would be out this afternoon.

Hello Folks,

Well, if you thought that last month was enough to spin the heads off of even the most experienced of us who have tracked, analyzed and written about global intelligence matters for decades, Sister Ciara's special report yesterday— "11 Weeks That Shook The World"—The Endgame Begins!—shows clearly that what we've all seen so far in the "President Trump-Deep State War" is nothing compared to what's about to happen—and it matters not if you love him or hate him, Trump absolutely has to be given credit for having more chutzpah (the quality of audacity, for good or for bad) then all of his enemies combined for his meeting in his White House Oval Office on Thursday with the internationally syndicated radio, television and YouTube legal and media analyst known simply as Lionel—whose full name is Michael William Lionel and who is the major media influencer behind the mysterious person and/or group known as QAnon who have shaken the Deep State to its core—with Trump following that extraordinary meeting the next day by his calling to congratulate Australia's new Prime Minister Scott Morrison whose conservative-populist forces became the latest nation to throw off of themselves the yoke of globalist billionaire provocateur George Soros.

Now before I go on, and based upon the stunning information revealed by the Sisters this past week describing how the American people are in the grip of "cognitive dissonance", and its mainstream media is suffering from the mass psychosis known as "confirmation bias"—I feel compelled to warn you that if you're not familiar with the truth, what you will read hereafter will not only be unable to be assimilated in your mind, it may very well lead you to suffering a complete mental breakdown!



So, and for you fearless few who have doubtlessly led your lives failing to ever heed warnings of any kind, as all rebels like you are known for—I first must describe to you the battlefield where the main battles of the Trump-Deep State War are being fought—and is known as the "Dark Web" that's a small part of the "Deep Web"—whose contents are not indexed by standard web search engines for any reason, and stands opposed to the "Social Web" you go on every day (Facebook, YouTube, Google, Twitter, etc.)—and that you should NEVER EVER think about entering unless you're prepared to spend thousands-of-dollars to install a gazillion specialized software applications, encryption keys and Tor Browser—and spend, at least, 5 years of your life learning to master the complexity of it all.

Because of its anonymity, and everyone on the "Dark Web" belonging to either state intelligence agencies (NSA/CIA/SVR/MOSSAD, etc.), hacking groups or international criminal organizations, the vast majority of its communications are highly encrypted—particularly because they are messages sent to and from spies—and that sees a constant battle among its inhabitants trying to decrypt each others' messages and then expose them for others on the "Dark Web" to see.

Beginning in early February 2017 (a month after President Trump took office), though, a new presence began appearing in the "Dark Web" that was quickly determined to be emanating its encrypted messages from the United States—and whose thousands of messages spooked hacking groups because its encryption sophistication could only have been created by a nation state having unlimited resources and hundreds, if not thousands, of highly skilled computer programmers to write its code (that has to be constantly updated on a near hourly basis)—and that, of course, made this new "Dark Web" presence a target for EVERYONE.

This new "Dark Web" presence, however, had a few tricks up its own sleeve and struck back hard against those trying to hack its encryption—with 2017 going down in history as the greatest year for cybersecurity disasters—the absolute worst of them being the Stuxnet/Industroyer, which, literally, smoked every computer it touched, and is described as being "like something out of a Tom Clancy novel".

By late October 2017, the only ones still playing around with this new "Dark Web" presence trying to break its encryption were a few nation states (as it's very expensive to replace smoked down computers)—but that, on 27 October 2017, saw one of these nation state's hacking teams (everyone knows it was MOSSAD) gleefully proclaiming that they had made a breakthrough by decrypting a single word, "PACER"—but that no one knew the meaning behind.

24 hours later, though, on 28 October 2018, the entire "Dark Web" was stunned when this "new presence" popped up on the "Social Media" anonymous message board 4Chan identifying itself as QAnon and declaring that the definition of "PACER" is the acronym for a US Department of Justice computer programme known as Public Access To Electronic Records—that identifies how many "sealed indictments" have been issued in the United States, and whose average number per year has never exceeded 1,700.

QAnon went on to provide indisputable evidence that PACER was churning out thousands of "sealed indictments" every month that now total over 40,000—and that QAnon asserted were being used to secretly indict everyone connected to the Deep State—and that even Time Magazinecouldn't ignore the facts of and saw them naming QAnon as one of the "25 Most Influential People on the Internet".



Once QAnon went public on the "Social Web", everyone of good sense on the "Dark Web" ceased trying to break its encryption, after all, NO ONE knows how far and wide Trump is casting his "sealed indictment" net, or who it will fall on next—but that saw Pulitzer Prize winning reporter Glenn Greenwald (of Edward Snowden fame), nevertheless, unleashing his investigative reporters in an attempt to discover the identity of QAnon—but who only got as far as writing their 4 December 2017 article describing how Trump was building a global, private spy network that would circumvent official US intelligence agencies—after which he was "warned" to stop his investigation, and that he wisely did as he was already under an assassination threat from British intelligence.

The "warning" Greenwald received from the mysterious QAnon network on the "Dark Web" to stop his investigation is not the only one they've issued either—as in their never ceasing thousands of daily encrypted communications, there sometimes appears unencrypted words in Englisheveryone knows (in our world at least) are "subjects" and/or "persons" not permitted to be openly discussed or written about—but whose prohibition pertains only to the mainstream media, not us, or those like us—and is why we're one of the only news outlets you see such "subjects" being made public such as Russia's top three intelligence officials secretly flying to Washington, or the very forbidden "persons" not to be publically be named such as Stefan Halper and Joseph Mifsud being mentioned.

Now while you're following me down this Alice In Wonderland rabbit hole, let me tell you where it gets very interesting—and that actually began two months prior to when QAnon emerged from the "Dark Web" and made its presence known on the "Social Web"—and whose specific date is 18 August 2017 when former Trump campaign chairman, and former US Navy intelligence officer, Steve Bannon resigned from the White House as a top advisor to President Trump.

Immediately after resigning from the White House, Bannon traveled to Brussels where he alarmed European globalists with his creation of a new "super-group" he named The Movement to challenge the work of George Soros, whose numerous Open Society Foundations have promoted liberal democracy across Europe for decades.

Bannon's first mission in Europe was to ensure the election victory of the Trump-populist Chancellor of Austria Sebastian Kurz—whom Trump's German Ambassador, Richard Grenell calls a "rock star"—but whose most momentous date of this Bannon-Kurz relationship was 28 February 2018—the date Bannon allowed the first major interview of him to be published since his leaving the White House—and when forces loyal to Chancellor Kurz stormed the offices of Austria's main domestic intelligence agency carting off some of their nation's most sensitive secrets in open crates and plastic bags—and whose top globalist aligned spy service officials, working from home that day, saw themselves being greeted by officers threatening to break down their doors.

Among the many globalist secrets discovered by the forces loyal to Chancellor Kurz in their raids was a George Soros created "master plan" to use tech giants Facebook, Google, Twitter, YouTube and Apple, led by a coalition of George Soros-funded progressive groups, to subvert the 2018 Midterm American elections so they can take back power in Washington from President Trump's administration—that Dr. Robert Epstein, the senior research psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology, is now warning "can shift upwards of 12 million votes this November"—and whose implementation is well underway with the latest examples, within the past 24 hours alone, being Facebook censoring the phrase "Speak the truth, Love God, Defend America" and their banning anyone daring to post the words of America's National Anthem The Star Spangled Banner—that conforms to these leftists' ideology that now sees them, also, having US schools drop the Pledge of Allegiance and replacing it with student-authored oaths to a "global society".



Though George Soros actually believes that he's a god, his more earthly actions can be understood by your knowing that President Trump has cost him $1 billion so far—and that after Bannon was armed with the secret globalist evidence given to him by Chancellor Kurz of Soros's"master plan" to destroy Trump—saw him working with pro-Trump nation Hungary to throw Soros out of there entirely, the pro-Trump nation of Poland throwing Soros out of their country, Italy outplaying Soros in their just held elections, and now "Going Full Trump" (with President Trump offering them aid to pay their debts if they need it), and, within the past 48 hours, Australia now joining these other nations in throwing off the "yoke of Soros" too.

Now I'm telling you about these other nations fighting for President Trump so you can understand that you're not alone, and, also, to show you that this war we are now in is global—that, in turn, should lead you to understanding the full and grim significance the new FEMA plan that includes immediate preparedness being made for the American people that envisions a scenario involving "large nuclear detonations over the 60 largest US cities". (The Sisters will be reporting more about this to you in the coming days once their documents have been translated.)

It's not my, or the Sisters, fault that the vast majority of you have been deprived of knowing true history—that if you fully knew about would prove conclusively that President Trump's "Plan B" to win his war against the Deep State, thus freeing the American people from globalist tyranny, is to wipe them out with total war, and that both Russia and China will willingly aid him in doing—and are RIGHT NOW preparing for—all of whom would rather suffer the catastrophic consequences of war than live another year under the threat of these vile monsters.

President Trump's "Plan A", of course, is to continue marshalling the American people behind him so his forces can win the 2018 Midterm Elections, after which he and his QAnon allies will start rounding up his nation's enemies and doing away with the Deep State threat—but whose "Plan B" is being put into place because he knows (and you know this too) that if defeated, the Deep State will not only destroy him, but every member of his family too—with their then moving on to obliterating his supporters.

YOU, therefore, are the only ones standing between President Trump using "Plan A" or "Plan B"—with your choice of his using "Plan B" being the easiest, because all you have to do is nothing, ignore reality, and go back to sleep—but, and if you choose "Plan A", it means that you have to wake up and start aiding those of us on the front lines of this war to keep it from reaching your doorstep—and starts by your going below to give us a mere $20 so we can continuing spreading the truth the Deep State doesn't want anyone to know about—and, at least to me, seems like a smart investment in your own future.

Whether he's actually dead or not—there is a gross misunderstanding of who John McCain Jr. is/was and we need to set the record straight—so he can rest in peace.

With respect to the news that John McCain died at 4:28 pm on August 25, 2018… Far too many coincidences for me. I suspect they chose August 25th specifically, since they made a point of announcing this week they were suspending further treatment of his "brain cancer" and he was expected to die within 12 days. They set the stage and then the "Songbird" ever so conveniently sang his swan song.

The cabal no doubt believe the "Songbird's" passing on this date will somehow lend a sense of honour to his death—and many believe he would likely fake his death. Some say McCain doesn't have brain cancer at all.

He hasn't been seen in public for some time, and he will be wanting to escape certain extreme penalties the People would levy based on his war criminal activities, not to mention the million dollar Saudi donation to a fund he claims to have no ties to—and the arrests of deep state operatives and traitors like McCain won't be long in coming now. It seems he's not only a traitor, but a coward as well and can't bear to be around to face the music designed for a songbird of this calibre.

We have also heard that deep state cabal members were encouraged to commit suicide to spare the public the angst of having to put criminals/traitors to death.

Just as the New World Order present awards like the Nobel Peace Prize to their minions like Obama—the most warring President in recent history—they would honour their own by tagging on to the glory belonging to someone else—because McCain bears none of his own.

There are conflicting reports of McCain's historical contributions to Humanity and his country, and even the military call him out as the Hanoi Hilton Songbird—and a traitor. It sounds like the Senator was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and has soared through life resting comfortably on the laurels of his military forbears.

Almost sank the USS Forrestal

McCain crashed 5 jets, plus was responsible for the Forrestal fire. Surviving crewmen and those who investigated the Forrestal fire case reported that McCain deliberately 'wet-started' his A-4E Skyhawk to shake up the guy in the F-4 Phantom behind his A-4. 'Wet-starts', done either deliberately (the starter motor switch allowed kerosene to pool in the engine and give a wet start) or accidentally, shoot a large flame from the tail of the aircraft. In McCain's case, the 'wet-start' 'cooked off' and launched the M34 Zuni rocket from the rear F-4 that punctured the Skyhawk's fueltank, knocked the M-65 1000 lb bomb off it's 500 lb rated mount, and touched off the explosions and massive fire. A US campaign watchdog has accused presumptive Republican president nominee John McCain of violating election laws by accepting campaign contributions from two prominent Londoners.

At issue is a fundraising luncheon held in March at London's Spencer House, during McCain's swing through the United Kingdom. An invitation to the event lists Lord Rothschild and Nathaniel Rothschild as hosts, and indicates the event was made possible with their "kind permission".

Judicial Watch, a Washington organisation instrumental in the March release of Hillary Clinton's White House schedules, has asked US election monitors to investigate whether the Rothschilds improperly sponsored the fundraiser. US political campaigns are forbidden from accepting contributions from foreign nationals.

"The question is whether or not the Rothschilds paid for the event, the venue, the catering, or any other related costs," said Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton.

Tickets to the event cost $1,000 to $2,300, and the luncheon dress code was "lounge suits," the Washington Post reported in March.

The McCain campaign did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

Judicial Watch also complained to the US election authority, the federal election commission, about Elton John's involvement in Clinton's campaign. The group alleged the British rocker broke US campaign laws by performing at a fundraiser for the New York senator. The Clinton campaign argued US law allowed the British musician to volunteer his time and solicit Americans for contributions.

The federal election commission is unlikely to act soon on the group's McCain complaint. It is currently short-handed, a result of a political squabble between the Democratic-led senate and the Bush administration, and lacks a quorum to take action.

Upon discovery, there are droves of historical data that dismantle the perceived vision of the articles of the Constitution. The elites, or wealthy of the times, who constructed the document itself, designed it to foster "Class Separation". The "mechanism" of the Constitution is to deploy a governmental system that favors the wealthy and is so fraught with legislative and judicial procedures and protocols that the average citizen is left confused in navigating the laws, leaving them unable to grasp or understand how they are being manipulated. Thereby the people are being controlled by the government who can seize your properties, put you in jail, take your money, send you to war, hock your identity and tax anything they want to tax. The "mechanism", basically allows the government to create laws that the average citizen has no idea or understanding they were even created or what circumstances violating the law may be imposed.

This was the main premise that would ultimately lead to the presentation of NESARA. Whereby in the 1970s The Federal Land Bank illegally foreclosed on farmers' mortgages all throughout the Midwest. In each of these cases, the farmers were defrauded by the banks with the approval of the Federal Reserve System. These court cases would eventually become known as the Farmer Claims Program. (primarily farmers and their properties but also nefarious bank loan processes)
Multiple court cases popped up that would later migrate into a class action suit against the Fed and the US Government for damages that. According to the Federal Land Bank's 1933 charter they are not allowed to make loans directly to applicants, but instead could only back loans as a guarantor in case of default. Because the Federal Land Bank had violated this rule, the farmer's legal team was able to successfully sue the bank for damages In most all cases including the class action suit. The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the plaintiffs and awarded an average of $20 Million to each of the 336,000 plus claims. and they would have to be paid using a lawful currency, backed by gold and silver as the constitution dictates

In addition, the Justices and farmer's legal team recognized how evil and corrupt our federal government had become and to counteract this they added some provisions in the settlement to bring the government back under control.

First they would have to be paid using a lawful currency, backed by gold and silver as the constitution dictates. This would eliminate inflation and gyrating economic cycles created by the Federal Reserve System. See Article 1, Section 10 of the US Constitution.

Second, they would be required to go back to common law instead of admiralty law under the gold fringe flags. Under common law, if there is no damage or harm done, then there is no violation of the law. This would eliminate millions of laws which are used to control the masses and protect corrupt politicians.

Lastly the IRS would have to be dismantled and replaced with a national sales tax. This is the basis of the NESARA Law.

Dr. Harvey Francis Barnard's NESARA bill—National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act was rejected by congress in the 1990's. Dr. Barnard was a systems philosopher and had tried for years to interest Congress in his monetary reform suggestions. Here is where it gets dicey. There is no record in the Congressional Registry of NESARA. Dictations of proponents of NESARA state to maintain secrecy, the case details and the docket number were sealed and revised within the official congressional registry, to reflect a commemorative coin and then again it was revised even more recently. This is why there are no public Congressional Records and why a search for this law will not yield the correct details until after the reformations are made public. There are roughly 19 actions within the scope of NESARA. Each action will require an enormous amount of detail for the action to perform. Where is the detail and who will be its architect?

By extension, the U.S. banking reformations will impact the entire world; the IMF, World Bank, and other countries had to be involved. The reformations require that the Federal Reserve be absorbed by the U.S. Treasury Department and the banks' fraudulent activities must be stopped and payment must be made for past harm.

To add to the settlement In 1992, a task force was put together consisting of over 300 retired and 35 active US military officers who strongly supported constitutional law. This task force was responsible for investigating governmental officials, congressional officers, judges, and the Federal Reserve. After reviewing their files the military officers found $800 trillion dollars sitting in accounts which should have been applied to the national debt. And contrary to federal government propaganda they also discovered that most nations had in fact owed money to the United States instead of the other way around. These hidden trillions were then confiscated and placed into European bank accounts in order to generate the enormous funds needed to pay the Farmers Claims class action lawsuit. Later this money would become the basis of the Prosperity Programs

In summary, to comply with the provisions of the Supreme Court Ruling, settlement must be paid in a gold backed currency (Thus invoking the need for the GCR/RV) and immediately following the GCR/RV , per the provisions, the reformation of Constitutional Law (NESARA)

The Truth about "War Hero" John McCain

I hate to see anyone succumb to damanble cancer, but while I may mourn for his family I will not mourn for John McCain.

Let's take a look at the "war hero's" illustrious military career shall we?

His record as a midshipman at the U.S. Naval Academy was dismal. He piled up demerits left and right for breaking the rules, and barely passed his schoolwork, graduating 894th in a class of 899.

He barely passed flight school. And then he crashed two airplanes and damaged a third.

The first crash took place during advanced flight training at Corpus Christi, Texas. According to McCain, the engine stalled while he was practicing landings. The plane fell into the water of the bay just off the airfield and knocked him unconscious. McCain woke up and somehow managed to get out of the cockpit and escaped serious injury. Investigators reported that they started the recovered engine without any problem, and their report left open the possibility of pilot error.

The next accident took place in Spain while McCain was assigned to an aircraft carrier in the Mediterranean Sea. He tried to fly his propeller-driven A-1 fighter-bomber under a row of pylon-supported electric power lines. This was a "hotdogging" stunt by U.S. pilots in Europe that had caused outrage. McCain's plane hit and damaged the lines so badly that thousands of people lost power.

"My daredevil clowning had cut off electricity to a great many Spanish homes," McCain wrote later, "and created a small international incident."

In 1965, McCain flew a navy airplane to Philadelphia to attend the Army-Navy football game. On the way back to his base in Norfolk, Virginia, the plane's engine quit, he said, so he bailed out. The plane crashed and was destroyed.

On the morning of July 29, 1967, McCain was sitting in the cockpit of his Skyhawk waiting to be launched by the ship's catapult. Another plane accidentally set off a Zuni missile that hit the fuel tank of McCain's A-4, touching off a fire that spread rapidly across the ship. McCain managed to escape injury, but 134 sailors died and many others were badly burned.

It was the worst U.S. Navy accident since World War Two and the fourth serious accident McCain had been involved in since becoming a pilot. His reputation for being a "hotdog"—a show-off pilot who broke the rules—led to rumors that McCain had caused the fire by trying to scare the pilot behind him by suddenly shooting flames out of his tail exhaust. There was no evidence McCain was at fault and the fire was ruled accidental. But the rumors persisted.

And the strike that got McCain captured by the enemy?....

By his own admission, then, McCain failed to follow instructions in combat. He did not try to evade the missile. Moreover, the pilots who were flying near him, one of them with a handheld camera, said he was not hit by a SAM. He had flown too low and was brought down by a barrage of antiaircraft fire. Since a SAM exploded in a bright orange fireball visible for miles around, it was unlikely that they had called it wrong. And since official navy records listed John McCain as downed by AAA fire, they were puzzled by why he later insisted in his political campaigns that it was a SAM.

As other pilots saw it, John McCain, quite simply, had got himself shot down.

But McCain also made another error in the next four to six seconds after he was hit. He failed to use the proper procedure he had been taught for ejecting. As a result, he injured himself critically, breaking both arms and his right leg.

McCain was a traitor and collaborator, while being held captive. He was given preferential treatment, due to the fact that his captors felt he was 'royalty', due to his family 'connections'. They didn't understand why someone SO 'connected' was putting himself in 'harm's way'. Different culture than ours.

His "shoot down" was self-induced, as he DISOBEYED ORDERS and flew well below the 'floor', getting himself shot down. There were several other jets on that particular mission and HE was the only one shot down, because the others obeyed their orders!

His ENTIRE life has been one of disrespect of orders and authority, believing himself bullet-proof, due to his 'family name' and his dad and grand dad being HIGH ranking Navy Admirals!

His 'nickname' in his HS yearbook was "Punk" and he displayed that behavior as he went on to the USNA, where he robbed someone, more deserving, of a slot in his class, due to the 'influence' of his father.

He SHOULD have been expelled, several times, but the folks at USNA did not want to go up against dad. He graduated FIFTH FROM THE BOTTOM in his class . . but STILL ended up going to Pensacola for flight training!@! His classmates who actually 'made the grade' were aghast when he showed up down there.

His flight grades were well below acceptable and he should have been run out of there too . . he was an ABYSMAL aviator . . crashing on base leg at Corpus for carrier qualification training. . he had been out drinking the night before and FELL ASLEEP after turning base leg and 'configuring' for landing . . he crashed 'wings level' and straight ahead into Corpus Bay . . too bad for us he wasn't over land . . story would have ended there.

He destroyed two other A/C after arriving in the Fleet . . before being shot down.

His nickname in Hanoi was "Songbird". . due to the information he willingly gave his captors. . tactical stuff. .like 'routes, altitudes', etc., that our guys used to fly from the boat to their targets and he got several of my fellow aviators shot down and killed. He recorded 32+ propaganda bits (a la Tokyo Rose) to be played for our enlisted troops . . to undermine their moral.

The bogus 'story' about not coming home early, when he could have, is just common sense. He KNEW he would have been 'court martialed' IF he had accepted any kind of early release, based upon his 'family connections'.

After his release, his Navy 'flying career' SHOULD have been over, based upon his permanent injuries, but, his dad intimidated a flight surgeon and he wrongly got back his flight medical status, when ANYONE else would NOT have 'passed' with his 'condition'. He was 'awarded' the position of XO at the Navy's largest training squadron, VA-174 at NAS Cecil and when the CO moved on, he was 'selected', over MANY more qualified officers, to become CO. .he used his position as XO and CO to take young (junior) female pilots on X-Country flights and screwed their brains out.

I was in the Reserves, flying around the country at that time and it WAS the talk of the flight line !! EVERYONE knew what he was doing . . THAT is ILLEGAL in the military and he SHOULD have been convicted at Court Martial for 'fraternization' . .INSTEAD . .daddy got him moved out of the squadron and put in charge of the Navy's "Liaison" in DC . . along with a VERY early promotion to Captain . . the rest, as they say, is history.

John McCain IS a scum bag . . a DISGRACE to the uniform we wore and his spots did not change when he became a politician!

In 1977, the Bank set up a wholly owned subsidiary called BANK OF ENGLAND NOMINEES LIMITED, a private limited company with 2 of its 100 £1 shares issued. The objectives of the company are:

"To act as Nominee or agent or attorney either solely or jointly with others, for any person or persons, partnership, company, corporation, government, state, organisation, sovereign, province, authority, or public body, or any group or association of them…."

The two shares belong to the bank itself and John Footman who only holds it on behalf of the bank. The directors of this private limited company which is a subsidiary of the bank are John Footman and Andrew Bailey who are both employees of the bank itself.

This company is very special as its protected by the official secrets act, its Royal Charter status and is exempt from the normal disclosure requirements that other companies have to comply with to meet section 27 of the Companies Act 1976.

The reason being is that the major players in the world of finance including the Queen of England and other Royal families use this company to purchase shares and remain anonymous.

However the Bank of England Nominees company accounts are not exempt from any laws regarding companies and they must print their accounts as every company must do which can then be accessed through the Company House website. It is interesting to note however that the latest Bank of England Nominees LTD accounts say that:

"There has been no income or expenditure on the part of the Company since its incorporation and accordingly no profit and loss account is submitted."

It still also has total net assets of £2 (the £2 shares).

Vigano said that he told Pope Francis in 2013 about allegations of sexual abuse against a prominent priest — and that Francis took no action. Now, the former official, Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, 77, is calling for Francis to step down.

Vigano made the allegations in a lengthy statement that concludes with a call for Francis' resignation:

"In this extremely dramatic moment for the universal Church, he must acknowledge his mistakes and, in keeping with the proclaimed principle of zero tolerance, Pope Francis must be the first to set a good example to Cardinals and Bishops who covered up McCarrick's abuses and resign along with all of them."

The former Vatican official, who served as apostolic nuncio in Washington D.C. from 2011 to 2016, said that in the late 2000s, Benedict had "imposed on Cardinal McCarrick sanctions similar to those now imposed on him by Pope Francis" and that Viganò personally told Pope Francis about those sanctions in 2013.

Archbishop Viganò then said in his written statement that Pope Francis "continued to cover" for McCarrick and not only did he "not take into account the sanctions that Pope Benedict had imposed on him" but also made McCarrick "his trusted counselor." Vigano said that the former archbishop of Washington advised the Pope to appoint a number of bishops in the United States, including Cardinals Blase Cupich of Chicago and Joseph Tobin of Newark.

CBS News spoke by telephone to Vigano, who confirmed he wrote the statement and said he was speaking out now "to combat the grave situation in the church, to protect the church and also to stop future abuse." He told CBS News producer Anna Matranga that he had no agenda and was stating facts.

Vigano, who retired in 2016 at age 75, described an exchange with Francis on June 23, 2013, shortly after he became pope, about Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, the former archbishop of Washington, D.C., who resigned last month over claims he sexually abused seminary students and an altar boy.

Vigano writes that he told Francis about the allegations: "Holy Father, I don't know if you know Cardinal McCarrick, but if you ask the Congregation for Bishops there is a dossier this thick about him. He corrupted generations of seminarians and priests and Pope Benedict ordered him to withdraw to a life of prayer and penance."

Vigano writes the pope did not respond to the statement, and McCarrick continued in his role as a public figure for the church.

"Pope Francis has repeatedly asked for total transparency in the Church. He must honestly state when he first learned about the crimes committed by McCarrick, who abused his authority with seminarians and priests. In any case, the Pope learned about it from me on June 23, 2013 and continued to cover him."

Pope Francis addressed the sex abuse scandal on Saturday in comments made in Dublin. "The failure of ecclesiastical authorities — bishops, religious superiors, priests and others — to adequately address these repugnant crimes has rightly given rise to outrage, and remains a source of pain and shame for the Catholic community," he said. "I myself share these sentiments."

Pope Francis accepted McCarrick's resignation on July 28. McCarrick has maintained his innocence, but this month, a Pennsylvania grand jury issued a report that said more than 300 priests abused more than 1,000 children, and likely thousands more, over seven decades.

Father Boniface Ramsey of New York told CBS News this month that he repeatedly complained about McCarrick and heard about his disturbing behavior as early as 1986.

Nearly 100 of the accused clergy are from the Pittsburgh diocese alone, where Donald Wuerl, the current cardinal of Washington, D.C., was the bishop for 18 years.

In his statement, Vigano wrote that Wuerl also knew about McCarrick. "His recent statements that he knew nothing about it … are absolutely laughable. The cardinal lies shamelessly," Vigano wrote.

In an interview with CBS News correspondent Nikki Battiste before the grand jury report, Wuerl said that he was quick to deal with allegations and that he was not aware of any rumors about McCarrick.

"If there were allegations, we dealt with them immediately," he said. "All the time that [McCarrick] was here and certainly all the time that I've been here, there was never any news. If I could tell you no one ever came to me and said this person did this to me. No one. No one. And remember, we were just talking about Pittsburgh. I was in Pittsburgh…we weren't following the rumors of different parts of the country."

Wuerl also suggested to CBS News that McCarrick had paid a price for his actions. "He has resigned and his resignation has been accepted. And he's been told to stay in seclusion…that's a pretty substantial penalty to be paying."

Vigano's statement calls on the church to take action.

"To restore the beauty of holiness to the face of the Bride of Christ — so tremendously disfigured by so many abominable crimes, if we truly want to free the Church from the fetid swamp into which she has fallen, we must have the courage to tear down the culture of secrecy and publicly confess the truths that we have kept hidden."

As Douthat concludes, "This is either an extraordinary and vicious slander or an act of revelation that should be the undoing of just about every figure mentioned in its pages. It has an apocalyptic feel either way."

The recent wave of censorship of conservative voices on the internet by tech giants Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Apple mirrors a plan concocted by a coalition of George Soros-funded, progressive groups to take back power in Washington from President Trump's administration.

A confidential, 49-page memo for defeating Trump by working with the major social-media platforms to eliminate "right wing propaganda and fake news" was presented in January 2017 by Media Matters founder David Brock at a retreat in Florida with about 100 donors, the Washington Free Beacon reported at the time.

On Monday, the Gateway Pundit blog noted the memo's relationship with recent moves by Silicon Valley tech giants to "shadow ban" conservative political candidates and pundits and remove content.

The Free Beacon obtained a copy of the memo, "Democracy Matters: Strategic Plan for Action," by attending the retreat.

The memo spells out a four-year agenda that deployed Media Matters along with American Bridge, Shareblue and Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) to attack Trump and Republicans.

The strategies are impeachment, expanding Media Matters' mission to combat "government misinformation," ensuring Democratic control of the Senate in the 2018 midterm elections, filing lawsuits against the Trump administration, monetizing political advocacy, using a "digital attacker" to delegitimize Trump's presidency and damage Republicans, and partnering with Facebook to combat "fake news."

Quashing 'fake news' with 'mathematical precision'

The Free Beacon in its January 2017 story said Brock sought to raise $40 million in 2017 for his organizations.

The document claims Media Matters and far-left groups have "access to raw data from Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites" so they can "systemically monitor and analyze this unfiltered data."

"The earlier we can identify a fake news story, the more effectively we can quash it," the memo states. "With this new technology at our fingertips, researchers monitoring news in real time will be able to identify the origins of a lie with mathematical precision, creating an early warning system for fake news and disinformation."

Media Matters met with Facebook, which boasts some 2 billion members worldwide, to discuss how to crack down on fake news, according to the memo.

The social media giant was provided with "a detailed map of the constellation of right-wing Facebook pages that had been the biggest purveyors of fake news."

Brock's memo also says Media Matters gave Google "the information necessary to identify 40 of the worst fake new sites" so they could be banned from Google's advertising network.

The Gateway Pundit pointed out that in 2016, Google carried out that plan on the Gateway Pundit blog and other conservative sites, including Breitbart, the Drudge Report, Infowars, Zero Hedge and Conservative Treehouse.

Facebook, meanwhile has changed its newsfeed algorithm, ostensibly to combat "fake news," causing a precipitous decline in traffic for many conservative sites.

President Donald Trump himself was affected, with his engagement on Facebook dropping by 45 percent.

A study in June by Gateway Pundit found Facebook had eliminated 93 percent of the traffic of top conservative news outlets.

Western Journal, in its own study, found that while left-wing publishers saw a roughly 2 percent increase in web traffic from Facebook following the algorithm changes, conservative sites saw a loss of traffic averaging around 14 percent.

'Totalitarian impulse' of the left

President Trump's 2020 campaign manager, Brad Parscale, charged last week the giants of Silicon Valley are stifling free speech, particularly conservative speech, manifesting the "inherent totalitarian impulse" of the left.

On Friday, Facebook appeared to be "shadow banning" the non-profit education site PragerU, founded by talk-host Dennis Prager, causing a drop in engagement of 99.9999 percent while removing two videos regarded as "hate speech."

After Facebook rejected a highly inspirational ad for a Republican congressional candidatethat included images depicting her parents' persecution under the Khmer Rouge communist regime in Cambodia, Twitter followed up with its own ban.

WND reported earlier this month Facebook banned a pro-life video ad by a judicial candidate, giving the same explanation.

On Aug. 6, WND reported, Facebook, YouTube and Apple banned commentator Alex Jones and his Infowars website within hours of each other.

Last month, WND reported moderate Muslims and counter-terrorist activists were increasingly being restricted by Silicon Valley, while terrorist content remains on social-media platforms, according to researchers.

Trump campaign chief Parscale said last week the banning of Jones "will inevitably lead to the silencing of those with far less controversial opinions."

"What we are seeing in Big Tech is the inherent totalitarian impulse of the Left come into full focus," Parscale said.
